    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

sometimes things appear as they are not . i appologized to you that , that was the way i saw it at first . i posted a want ad , you replied to it expressing interest (no problems there at all ) said " i am interested too " and not until i said something to you , did you say " offer to dan first if he declines i will buy them " (still no problem allthough you should have posted your complete intention the first time ) ! you didnt know Robin wouldnt sell to me , so when she posted something available . you posted "shoot me a price " and bought the animals before i even replied to say i was interested . so no matter if shede have sold to me or not you allready bought them only thinking of yourself . it was my thread and i should be the first to accept any offers that come from it . fine, done, over Robin wouldnt sell to me . but you still went out of your way to buy the geckos when you said " i allready have some " . its just the idea of it that you have no respect or care for someone other than yourself . that is very obvious . if you even had any intention of helping me out , ide expect some e-mail or something to discuss it . which you never sent .
 
The extra rw's I purchased from another breeder were surplus, not your bells. Yours are to be raised up for next season. Thanks so much for asking though, that was nice of you.

Stop this petty crap, its getting worse by your own actions. I'm willing to let it go once I get the apology I am deserved. I was truley trying to assist you. Ask a good number of your peers, they know.

i told you i was sorry if that was the way i saw things . i AM sorry . i did not mean to accuse you , i was only stating that is the reason i thought what i did for a short time . tried explaining this over and over . i say "sorry this is what i took of this " meaning can you elaborate , speak with me about it etc. im not saying "oh you did this you did that " because i do not know you and cannot really make an assumption like that . had this happen with kelli , over my misunderstanding one simple word . i tried to tell her "hey this is what i took from that word , i did not understand the correct meaning , and im sorry if im taking i the wrong way . can you please explain " and i get the same type of response that i am being accusing . hey im honest what can i say (too honest) i can say "hey i didnt understand you , i took it this way , but what did you really mean or what was the intention ? " i dont beat around the bush thats all .

You would think after things like this had happened with Kelli, Robin, and MANY others you would have learned something.......

THIS is the reason this bothers me so. Take the time before responding in the future to actually phrase together a legible paragraph voicing your concerns, questions, or feelings on a subject. ALL OF THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. Now you've only burned more bridges...... Hopefully you learn from this. I sure have.

I dont see a problem with posting a photo in a thread, if she did so to poke fun im sure it was all in good fun and nothing more, but I do beleive she was directing those photos to me. I could be wrong however. Thats between you and Robin, leave me out of it. But please, calm the hell down. Acting like this ensures NO ONE will want to deal with you in the future. Take a moment and think about it, would YOU buy from someone who has acted like you? I douct it, and if you say yes, well, that really does not say much for you in a positive way. Dan, i hate to agree with people here. Each post you seem to drop a year in age.

First, You manage to get under the skin of several breeders here in this forum. For what? i cannot remember all of it, but it was visable from a 3rd persons view that you were getting on some peoples nerves. To me and other's i view it as suicide to deal in high end morph's and to step on the toes of all other potential buyers and sellers (just really how many kids are lining up for a aptor/raptor for a pet???). To see you whine and cry over this, really even makes you look worse to the rest of us.

Robin made her mind on wether or not to sell to you, reguardless of the reason. You should respect her right to not sell to you and be a man about this. If i was in your shoes, i would have been like "ok, thats fine" and went on my way not thinking twice about it.

where does it seem i am not calm ? thats what i mean . this is in type, so you cant really say im sounding any specific way . and it leaves ALOT to be assumed (guess thats the problem) . i am very calm always am . im the most laid-back person you could meet . how is discussing this taking away from any "reputation " ? that i dont even have aside from people talking behind the back . so you think someone reading this is passing judgement ? cmon now if that were true (chris with some of your posts) you would never get a sale after the way ive seen you speak with at least one person on here (not saying who ) .
theres a few breeders here that woudlnt buy from me or you if we were the last on the earth . what actually sells on this site anyways ? not awhole lot . if they dont want to work with me , thats fine i wouldnt like to work w/ them either . but there are many more keepers and breeders out there than whats on this site .
Robin i was suprised you hit it right on the head . "my attitude comes off the wrong way " exactly its a misunderstanding of my meaning . is this a reason to not sell to someone ? because you THINK im being rude , arrogant, or egotistical , when that is the furthest thing from the truth . well people that know me or have taken time to speak with me know that that is not me . ill say it here (to anyone and everyone ) im bad with words , even worse typing them out . and im sorry if ive come across poorly in the past . im sorry we have had differences or misunderstandings . but it also takes you to accept and understand that this is not the same as talking with someone , and it is easy to be mistaken .

You obviously still have no idea what you do to aggrivate people, and honestly I do not have the time nor patience to explain it to you.

All I know is you have the same effect on pretty much everyone I've spoken with who has dealt with you. Why is that? We're ALL wrong and you're right? Not very likley.

Take the time to go over these situations, find similarities, and perhaps put the pieces together yourself....

And as for your comment about your problem "communicating".... that may very well be, but your intentions are MORE than obvious. You even went as far as attempting a guilt trip, and at that very second I honestly believed I was dealing with a twleve year old, no offence. Really.

Nothing is taken out of context, you just seem to regret your words and actions after the damage is done. Don't you think excersizing a bit of patience and thinking before you post would be a bit more rational? I can only speak for my expereince with you, but since this incident I've had a number of people contact me about it and quote similar experiences with you. Cooincidence? You know it isnt.

Not to me be mean to you or anything, but just take a look at this thread's name... Your whinning that someone took away your rep points, just be a man and tough it out like the rest of us when an 11 year old gives you a negative rep. I got all my points taken away because i spoke my opinion in one of gregg's threads, but do you see me posting about it all agrivated? Just let it go and you'll get your points back in no time.

As for Groovy, I do not think he is the bad guy everyone on this thread is making him out to be and he is 2 for 2 on his trader rating...... Plus when he shows pics of his animals the seem to be in great health....... Why would someone not sell to him???? It isnt like he will try to beat you out of cash or abuse the animals.....

If someone chooses not to sell to him, it is a personal issue and not buisiness based..... But then again that is the sellers choice.....

Sometimes (lol) I have a problem with words so I can kinda understand where Dan is comming from but I also kinda see everyone elses point......

So is Dan a bad guy??? I dont think so at all, but like myself, he can stand to phrase his words better......

Now just imagine Dan had my attitude and his poor wording all balled up in one....LOL..... That might shut this forum down for good.....LOL
 
No, Dans not a bad guy, he just reacted to a situation in the worst possible way. It was a simple matter that got blown out of proportion and I spent the better half of last evening trying to get him to stop shooting himself in the foot :)

Its over, we're moving on.
