In case anyone is curious, the translation, as far as this gringa can put it for Jorge's words: "I don't know why this gringo doesn't have the word. He isn't a cowboy. (gentleman). If he is a gentleman, he'll call me and we can finish it."

My response, in my gringa spanish, was: "Jorge, what word are you talking about? Who are you calling a gentleman or not? Who/What are you wanting to finish? Why do you speak in Spanish here? And with whom do you wish to communicate?"

Never have I dealt with Alex Hues, never have I exchanged words with him, nor do I belong a group or sponsor this site.

What business are you talking about? Are you part of Herpfauna too? How many people does that "company" have in their payroll?

The only thing I don't like is when "companies" try to take advantage of their customers, either knowingly or because of ignorance of what they are dealing with:

a. The tort was not a blonde,
b. the ball python was not a pastel jungle,
c. copyright laws wereviolated,
c. pictures that belong to another person were altered for personal gains.

Creo que fui lo suficientemente claro...

And yes, English is also my second language. But business ethics should be the same in the U.S., Cuba or other LatinAmerican countries. Hopefully you will agree on that one?

No, I did not make fun of anything. I raised a point. I also said that maybe in Cuba gringo is not a slanderous term as it is in Bolivia, where I learned Spanish. I also find it strange that an adult, who has been speaking Spanish all his life, does not know how to conjugate basic verbs. I have lived in the poorest, least educated parts of Bolivia, and have never met a native Spanish speaker who could not properly conjugate basic verbs. Anyway, I apologise if you feel that I have insulted your heritage, I definately had no intention of doing that. I do, however, feel like you need to present your position using facts and reasoning. What is your side of this issue with Alex, other than defending your wife's insulting posts?
