    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The Problem here is the subject was settled...by both parties in the argument and the thread was brought back to life by a third party. Mr. Luna You made the mistake by restarting a thread that I believe to have been settled by both of the major parties involved.

Actually the only reason I brought the thread back up was abi posted this stuff against Alex for no reason. So apperantly NOTHING was settled.
I just talked to the member that has been suspended to verify what you had said and the times and you are correct. But I think the suspeneded member was justified in starting another thread. Because of the non stop bashing of a problem that has been delt with.

Your logic is flawed. in the first quote you said the problem was dealt with. You even admitted the thread was already dead.
And nowyou are saying This thread was started cause of the none stop bashing? If it was non stop bashing......why was the other thread dead. If the other thread was dead...how can you say that there was still non stop bashing?
The other thread was dead. NO one was bashing herp fauna until abi started this thread.
Plus what I was told and have yet to read was the bashing of a business person that we have delt with and have never had problems with.

so exactly how many people use the ONE herp fauna account?
Because it is against kingsnake TOS for someone other than the owner to use an account. But then I could be wrong. English is my second language and I could have misunderstood their TOS.

Let me help you out with a time line.

1. Alex made a mistake.
2. he fixed the problem
3. he found his picture stolen and animals being misrepresented.
4. he then started the other thread
5. bashing against herp fauna started.
6. abi came to apologize and explain
7. the thread died.
8. the bashing of herofauna STOPPED
9. abi then decided to start this thread.
10. The bashing of herp fauna started back up AGAIN
11. I saw this thread and decided to review what in the world was happening so I decided to read the other thread.
12. I then decided to bring the other thread back up
13. You came here to say this thread was started because the bashing has not stopped (HUH ?!?!)
14 we have shown you a timeline
15. hopefully you now realize abi lied to you.......eerr misinformed you of why and when she started this thread.

Who in the hell is Alex Hues. We are going to find out. My name is Jorge Gutierrez. I am Abigail Gutierrez's husband. I will be taking over the discussion here on behalf of my wife. I believe she got kicked off a couple of days ago. I would like for Alex Hues to have a talk man to man now. Now that my wife was attacked by so many of Alex's friends. My wife made me aware of a group of people that controls the BOI. She tells me that Mr. Alex Hues gets special treatment. I myself just became a member of this site about 15 minutes ago. I have read some the replies to this entire subject. I see a lot of the same people defending Alex. Now, as a business owner, after hearing what my wife had to say about the certain group of people that control this site, the first thing I did before I came to this post was checked who was sponsoring this site. Just hearing the facts, I had a feeling this group of individuals was political. Guess what I found. This site just so happens to be funded by sponsorship. Just by coincidence ALEX HUES and the few other names of people that are protecting him CONTRIBUTE to this site. Kind of a conflict of interest taking a look from the outside. My wife told me that if your in this Circle of Friends you will always be backed up and protected from any wrong doings. So I guess what my wife meant to say to everyone out there was: Just send a check to the moderator and you will get special treatment. Why did I make that statement? Alex Hues has yet to be warned or given any of these bad points and it was brought to my attention that he has violated some of the rules. This whole site is a political campaign. Now I am going to try hard not to use bad language or curse or anything like that. I would like to stick around a see if Alex Hues will come around. Jorge Gutierrez
 
I have written on this thread, you will not see my name in a sponsor area.
Instead of the "my wife says" look who started this thread in the first place and look at her posts to see what she has written.
Perhaps THEN and only then will you cease from making even a bigger fool of yourself.

To be honest, I would suggest that you go read the entire thread that your wife started and you will see she acted in an unprofessional manner, she broker the rules, and that she is the one that started this problem in this thread. I would also suggest that you read the other thread and then you will see the entire situation. She stated on one thread that she was wrong, and that she was sorry for the entire thing. Then almost like it was another person inside her, she starts this thread and attacks Alex. Alex does not get special treatment and neither do any of the other members. As a matter of fact you will see some of the sponsors of this site have warning points when they deserved them. Your Wife's behavior was way out of line and she deserved the banning and it shows the truth about her and the way she is.
 
Well, I'm not a sponsor or a member of the "inner circle" that Abigail keeps talking about; but Jorge, if you have read this thread then you should be able to see just as easily as I that she is the one that is being silly here, not Alex. Alex has backed his statements up, has spoken intelligently, and has avoided the childish comments that do nothing but insult others. Her thread starting post shows that she had no intention of doing anything other than causing trouble here. There is no need for you to jump in here and defend her honor, as it were. She is getting exactly the response that is deserved and, I suspect, expected. If had gotten on here and posted a bad guy thread that was reasonable, backed up by fact, and free of silly insults, this thread would not have gotten near the attention that it has and Abigail would not have gotten the response that she did.

Fight? You come here with a very combatative attitude Jorge. I thought the angry Cuban talk was a little threatening as well. Having two such personalities in the family must make things exciting. Calmase Senor. Coming here and being angry and rude was exactly what got your wife banned. Maybe you could tell us why you disagree with Alex and his behavior using sound logic, facts, and calm reasoning.

Hrm..it seems like name calling in Spanish is just as inappropriate as it is in English. I'm not sure about Cuba, but where I learned Spanish, gringo used this was is an insult. And pddly enough, your written Spanish is not very good. Is it possible that BigDaddy is not really Abigail's husband, but is just a troll? I count 8 errors in that short post in Spanish.

I have seen some companies self destruct, but never so thoroughly. Reminds me of the urban legend (perhaps it was true?) about a guy who drank poison, set himself on fire, shot himself and dove off a cliff. He survived the fall, the cold water put out the flames, the pain made him throw up the poison, and his aim was bad so he didn't die of the gunshot. After all was said and done, he died in hospital of pnuemonia.

Jorge what exactly do you expect Alex (who is probably not even ON his computer right now) to do when he comes online? What do you expect to gain from YOUR presence here? What truth do you expect to find?

Please also understand that your comments about the "almighty powerful Alex Hues" and the "special interests" are incredibly insulting to the members of this site. Your implication is that there is a bias here. I'll have you know that I've seen several site sponsors do their own version of a meltdown, contributors or not to the financial standing of the site, Rich (the Webslave) would NEVER give someone favoritism. to HIM you owe a huge apology.

Now before you take the time to figure it out, NOPE, I have NEVER supported this site (not saying this with pride, sorry Rich, but hubby and I are humble school teachers fighting to become certified... NEXT year you'll see some of my money). And even though I have never supported this site monetarily, I expect that if I come here with a legitamate gripe, I will be heard as openly as any person.

Its nothing we haven't seen from Herpfauna Plus already... just now it has been said in spanish. Of course now suddenly we have racist comments to add to the list of vileness spewing from their mouths.
 
How was my post uncalled for? He says he's Cuban. He posts in Spanish that is full of spelling and basic verb tense errors. He used the term gringo in a manner that I consider insulting. I'm still not convinced that any of these folks are who they say they are. This is a legitimate point in my opinion. I may be wrong. If these folks are really Herp Fauna then I'm sorry. However, the points that I made are still valid.
