    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Please confirm your address so I can get the animals to you correctly. I have heard from the person I sent them to and they will foward them to you.

I could have sworn I asked for refund and that he verified he would send it to me? He's just having waaaaaaay too much fun w/this....
He's probably one of those guys that thinks it's cute when a girl gets mad...He just wants too see how much it will take for me to scream at him, I bet...Maybe I should call his voicemail and give him the emotional orgasm, he so obviously wants and needs???

If a refund is out of the question, and your only option is to accept the animals, I'd have insist on speaking directly with the person who was shipping them to me. Just to clarify exactly how the animals will be packed and shipped. Also to get an idea of who is going to assume responsibility should the animals arrive DOA. Saying that, I'd also want a few recent photos of the animals just to be sure I wasn't being shipped a box of dead animals to begin with.

You have the absolute right to know from who's collection these animals are currently being kept in are going to be being shipped to you from.

This is really messed up. Ray has always treated me well in the past. But this is wrong IMO. WOW....................... I am lost for words.

Well, he informed me on several occasions, that he would definitely give me my animals, or a refund. He just appears to be a man that refuses to display any honor, or keep his word w/me. Of course, I still haven't heard from him. I'm sure he will wait another day or two and tell me he's sent me some animals. Then I will probably receive substandard, dehydrated animals that I'm supposed to be thankful for.....Or maybe hell will freeze over and I'll get a refund! :shrug01:

So is he hoping that I'll like the animals so much, I won't want a refund after receiving them? Amazing how his terms and agreements are always changing....
 
What I think he is saying is that he will refund the value difference between what you ordered and what he sent you, of course after you receive the animals he'll say he owes you nothing.
 
You said this purchase was made through pay pal with a credit card.

Call your credit card company and dispute the transaction. Let them know you made a purchase for products online and you have not received the product.

Normally you have at least 30 days from when you receive the statement that shows the purchase in question to do this. Dont wait on this ya-hoo, get your money back and let him try to prove to the credit card company that you really own him the money.

This was originally transacted on 4/18. He kept dangling the carrot on the stick for so long, it is too late for that. I just assumed that he would eventually come through, since he's done this to others (which I didn't find out til after I had sent the money, of course!)

I can't believe that someone in this business that had a somewhat shaky, but relatively decent in most cases (from what I've read, anyway--there are several that have said his rep is really bad, but it wasn't really on here)
could do such a major turnaround and engage in such low life practices...

Unless you want those snakes after everything they have been through, and initially ordering lizards, I would email him back with his own address for the confirmed address he wants.

Good one!:) I offered to go down to FL and take what he owed me out of his hide when he screwed me back in the 90s. Still pisses me off to this day that he is selling reptiles again. Karma...

Also, I just received this email from Ray. It seems as if it might work out ok.....I'm just hoping the animals aren't too stressed, sick, etc! I'm kind of backed into a corner, here and don't really have a choice otherwise...

As per our policy if we cannot supply specimens ordered we will refund. Other than the unexpected delay in getting your order and MY mistake on sending out to the wrong address there is no problem with the kingsnakes. They will be sent to you as per agreement. I cannot find the correct address for you so I am simply waiting for you to give me one. I will even deduct the shipping cost and refund that as well. As soon as we can do so I will transfer the balance to paypal refund asap. i understand you are upset in regards to how this order was handled and have every right to be. I am trying to resolve this matter quickly and deliver at least the kings to you.

okaaaaay....i'll trust you on this one, but they need to be shipped immediately and you need to guarantee me that if Lisa Gr**** screws up the shipping, etc that YOU will be responsible for that??? Also, UPS needs to be used, and they need to be overnight'd on a Mon or Tues or the animals will get stuck in PHX for several 100 + degree temps days....Can we agree on this part of the deal? Also, i need to know that you will guarantee the animals condition...

If you want to finally get this transaction wrapped up, why are you asking that the UPS terms of service regarding shipment of animals be violated???? Obviously this demand will cause an additional delay to ending the ongoing ordeal.

This payment is for 5 sheltopusik's and the shipping charges. Please make sure to use UPS, as the other carriers in this area, tend to kill animals!

She mentioned why she wanted shipping done through UPS in one of her earlier posts. I don't think that she is in a position to demand that someone ship in direct violation of the UPS rules though,but I can see why she would like it done. The other carriers kill animals!

Did you ask Ray where you could see a copy of this policy and TOS? If he has a link he could share that shows it, you might be as you say "backed into a corner". There is a difference between not reading the fine print, and having the fine print, along with an entire site stripped away.
I urge you to not accept those snakes, and demand a refund.I can't see how it could possibly be in your best interests to accept them. As per his policy, he should have refunded when he couldn't supply the lizards.
