    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Herpetology Major looking for experience opportunity

I am a student at Arkansas State University here in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I am a junior undergraduate, and I am obsessed with Herpetology. I never realized until this semester, exactly how serious I was about becoming a full blown herpetologist. All of the graduate students who I am studying with have been in the field, and the only 'real' experience that I have, is the experience I have obtained from the college.

I was looking for some opportunity to add experience to a resume. I am willing to travel, but I can only travel in the summer. I really love snakes and I am being exposed to amphibians and venomous snakes at a rate this semester.

I know that this probably doesn't look too impressive, but I am hard working and honest. I have a love for herps and I am very knowledgable. I could be a great asset to a field team or anything you have available.
