    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Herps Etc Question

Yep, got stuff from them last year and all the ETB's that were supposed to be Captive Born, were in fact fresh imports with mouth rot, internal parasites -- my vet couldnt even save them. They were regurging everything....what a nightmare. They all DIED WITHIN 20 DAYS! ALL 6 OF THEM! Pretty sad.

I know you may not want to be pulled into this beyond your above post, which was your first in the forum, but could you be prodded into providing any more details, if they exist, of any communicatins you had? Of particular concern would be communications after you received your animals, whether you sought restitution, what the replies were, etc.
 
The internet has made it really difficult

to know who you are dealing with. There are a plethora of great people out there who are breeders of Ball Morphs, so there is NO WAY IN HELL that I would buy from someone who cannot make complete sentences, no capital letters, etc. Now some of you are going to say that is not fair, but there are WAY too many people who come off as good, quality people and not people who sell out of their mobile home while living with their parents at age 40. I am not saying Carson lives with his parents...but I am saying he comes off as someone who I would not deal with for crickets, much less thousand dollar Balls.
 
I dont have any of the emails as I have changed my ISP since then and lost all correspondences (we are talking actually around January of 05). I know this is old news but, I just had to let you all out there know that I too have had bad dealings with Herps Etc. I did let them know about the sick crap they sent and the dying of those beautiful animals but never heard back and I just got busy and basically wrote it off to an uncaring crappy sh*&heat liar dirtbag person selling their problems. Sounds bad, I know but I just dont have the energy to fight and I truly believe in KARMA!

Same in my case, once Carson is told there is a problem he stops answering his phone & returning emails.
 
Yes i got the same thing from Carson when there is a problem he will not return phone calls or emails.Just like i expect him to disappear this time now that people are comming out with problems they had with him. I have met with Carson at his house or lets say his parents house he is not a breeder of any reptiles.He is a wholesaler of other peoples junk that they would not put there name on. He will pick up none feeders and imported junk and sell them as CB. Next time just ask him to send you a pic of what he has for sale and put a $ next to it it will take him day's to get you the pic since the reptiles are not at his house. Carson has 2 Buddy's to sell his junk at the Hamburg or Lititz shows in Pa cuz he will not show his face there but one day he will slip up and i will see you again Carson.

That's what I picked up on too talking on the phone with him. How did he feed the Spiders balls 4 times, when he had to take my money to go p/u the snakes from someone else then ship the next day. I figured later on, he was picking up someone's B quality animals that the breeder himself wouldn't sell and passing them off as his 'quality' animals.
Since I actually have high standard, I'm stuck with a lame snake that I wouldn't give to someone let alone sell it.
 
Carson, Did you crawl under your rock again?? I thought you wanted to make things right with all the people you scammed. Where did you go the bank?

Carson you know damn well you sold me two Pastel females that never fed. And you know damn well i told you week after week they where not feeding. At only 60g how long do you think they can last not feeding? So yes they are belly up and no there not still in my frezer waiting for you to show your face again. Any person in this biss that cares about there reptiles would have taken care of things long ago. So seeing how you care about your reptiles i have no need for a 400$ credit you got me once and your not getting the chance again.If you wanna make things right send me the female pastels and i will be glad to let all know that your trying to make things right. Or you can start by sending the $400 cash and will go from there.

How much space can a 60gm EBT take up in the freezer? Photos dont take up any space in the freezer. Do you have some photos of the dead animals to provide Carson? I think the offering of what appears to be a $400 credit is very kind by Carson....considering he cannot even examine the dead animals in person or by photo.
 
I'm still waiting over a year for Carson to do something besides ignoring the problem on a $3,500 sick snake he sold me, not to mention shipping the snakes COD after the agreed price was for the animals shipped. One year and nothing, that's customer service at it's best.
 
Chuck, If you read the thread it's clear you would have dead snakes in your freezer till they bred waiting for Carson to make things right. Carson was to replace the two pastels that where not feeding and was well informed of the problem long before they even died. And Chuck i would never give Carson $10 more for the snakes he has so a $400 credit is not much good. What would have been good is for Carson to be a man and fix the problem before the snakes ever died. If you read his past history it's self explanatory.

Not meaning to jump into the middle of this but a credit for the full purchase price of the animals has been offerred. Correct me if I am wrong, but you possess no photographic evidence to prove the animals are actually dead. I'm not doubting your word but, in this instance, refusing the credit offerred falls into the category of cutting off your nose to spite your face. Take the credit, verify that the animals are healthy and resell them if you do not want to keep them. Your response simply makes no sense.
 
Jonh, The snakes where $2000. If i spend $2000 for two snakes from you and they never feed i call you every week to let you know there is a problem you tell me i'll fix the problem i would expect just that.The hole point is Carson was to replace the snakes from day 1 and he never did.

Craig, I tend to agree with you, carson has a history of bad deals and trying to hussle people for a buck. Chuck cant see why you would side with carson, just dont make sense?
