    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Items were sent out promptly, and I was e-mailed and notified when they were. They arrived packaged well and in good condition. I was happy with the prompt service and courtesy of the shipping notification. :)
 
I ordered a set of ball tipped probes from them. They sent a confirmation of the order, an email when it was shipped, and it arrived when they said it would. No problems at all. I'd buy from them again.

I can't actually remember how many times I've ordered from Herpsupplies.com, but it's probably approaching 5 by now and every one of them has been exactly as described in the previous posts with notification of shipment. I don't even get that sometimes when I'm shipped live animals and I'm expecting tracking numbers. I've had nothing but great experiences with them, their prices are competitive and I'll have no problem ordering from them in the future.
 
These guys are great,,, on time, and usually have everthing in stock,,i had breakage on something i ordered,, and they replaced it fast and didn't even question it,,, i have ordered from them probably 6 times, and they are the best!
GREAT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH,,, I WILL DO A LOT MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE,,
