    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

HE's here :D Pics included

thank you, everyone told me it wouldn't be good cause they dont hold humidity very well but it seems to be working just fine actually just wish he's eat so i know he's ok :( i got a dixie 2oz plastic cup(condiment cup) and i'm gonna recess it in the substrate and see if he'll eat out of it i hope he does, cause i can't find those little shelves to save my butt i'd just need 1 but can't find one :(

well i recessed little 2oz dixie condiment cups since i have them by the ton, one for his water, and one for clarks, and i used an ashtray (since we have no smoking now) to put mealies in, although i may end up putting the baby food in this and worms in another little dish but heres the updated photo's of how i have the bottom set up

awesome set up, that is one happy gecko!!!!!!!

sure fools me he hates me, all the pics i got of him are from being handled, he's the most handled one she had i get him and nothing he freaks out when i put my hand in there near him :(

Congrats on your new fella!

With the mesh cages, I would just recommend spraying it down twice daily. You will know if it is working with the crested comes to having its first shed with you, if the cage is too dry, he will have problems, if not, then I guess you'll be fine.

I use glass with screen tops for my guys, because I like to be able to see through the glass easily, and I don't have to worry about the humidity as much. Also, when you spray a glass cage down, the water will stay in the cage, and not spray out into the room, unless you're really careful.

Goodluck with your crestie, and I hope that the screen cage works out for you.

well i have a towell over the back most of it stays in there, the mesh is actually very small....i mist 4x a day with warm water and it seems to be doing good, he shed before he was sent to me so hopefully he'll be ok, i got to hold him for an hour or so lastnight, but still hasn't eaten oh well hopefully something today :(

Very cool set-up, and gorgeous Crested! Give him time and I am sure he will eat, drink, and be merry.... :)
