2/ Record Video for the prove when you open the box
( I recommend you should record the video while unboxing the animals so you can have the evidence. )
After that, I have the right to refuse refund or replacement.

I Accept PayPal as the basic money transfer app.
You pay 3% of the total amount if you choose payment type as Goods and Services
Animal must be fully paid before it is shipped.
I do accept a non-refundable 50% deposit and animal must be paid within 2 weeks of receiving deposit
(More time needed for deposit just only for future litters)

It's not recommended to ship on days that temperatures are below 40℉ or above 95℉.
In some cases, I still can ship with heat pad or cool pad if really needed.
