Reptile Artist
I've had this Fauna account for a while but I haven't posted yet due to this very annoying thing called anxiety.
Anyway my name is Lyndsey! I got into herps two years ago and have since gathered what I now lovingly refer to as my little "nerd herd".
Joy is my mack snow leopard gecko and she was my first reptile ever! She's missing a few toes but it doesn't stop her from running around on my bed at night
The chunky sumatran lady below is Angela. She was my first snake and is quite a character
This skinny guy is named Basilis and he was a rescue. We took him from someone who deliberately fed him only once a month for ten years to purposely stunt his growth. How some people can be so cruel I'm not really sure... I'm just glad we have him now
Mister orange belly here is Romeo. He's a black and white argentine and he loves nothing more than exploring around my room and eating lots of bugs and rodents! As far as he's concerned fruits are evil and not to be trusted, but we're working on it
Now this girl here isn't mine; she belongs to my mother but I do share in her care and I love her all the same. Her name is Daphne and boy does she love being wrapped up in blanket burritos
Sorry for the big ugly watermark but I've had photos stolen in the past and since I've been wm'ing everything I've had yet to encounter the problem again.
Most of my time is spent taking care of the animals, helping home school my younger brother, and drawing! I consider myself a decent artist, and it's another hobby I enjoy just as much as reptiles. Here are a few of my reptile related works
Digital drawing of a friend's ball as a gift for helping me with something
A digital ink drawing of my gecko Joy
Silly MS Paint doodle of Angela
Digitally drawn designs for my reptile cafpress shop

My next shop design in progress: cal king!
Hmmm, I don't think I have much more to share about myself except for the fact that I have two empty tubs that need to be filled soon or else I'll start pulling my hair.
I think that's probably enough about me. Looking forward to using the forums!
