In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hey Gang... Long Time No See

Forgot to ask if you have any pictures of the amel offspring you'd care to post.... if they took after their parents they should be screamers for sure.

Hey Ross, glad you're back and all is well. Maybe this year we can finally hang out at one of the Houston shows!

Can't wait to see what you produce this year!

Hey Kelli,

I can't wait to see what you guys produce either! Maybe we can work out some trades this year... I've got my eyes on some of your ball python projects and who doesn't love what you guys are doing with the bells! Total screamers.

I'm sure I'll FINALLY catch you (and perhaps Robin?) at a show this year, it should be a hoot.

Hey Ross, Here are a few babies from your pair. The bandeds are form your male x a Masterpiece female, the one in shed is a good one. Sold some dark ones also.

OOPS... Here's pic.

Looking good Dan... I tell you what, seeing all the nice offspring people produced the fatties makes me want to jump back into them.

I wish I had more space and didn't have to be selective over my projects =(

Either way I'll probably be giving in sometime and getting another colony of fat tails when I move in May and get MORE SPACE!!!

Keep me in mind, as well as the rest of you guys for a nice red male and some nice het and amel females... you really can't beat the personality of the fatties huh.

i agree!

i totally agree..i sort of miss my "high orange" (i had that selectively line bred project for almost 5 yrs?) and amel fatties as well...oh wells

hey ross, i hear u might produce some amel hognose this year? i love those guys~! even though im sure its hard to keep the brumation temps down in TX im sure they will still produce fertile eggs...good luck! take care

-jon

Hey Jon,

Thanks for the good luck offering... I sure hope to produce a viable clutch or two this year. My biggest het female is just about three feet long, huge for a hoggie. I'm excited to see how many eggs she can give me.

Brumating has been a challenging experience... I've always thought the mild winter's of TX were a good thing until now =(

What do you have up your sleeve nowadays man?

-Ross Payan

Hey Ross
Your dealing with Albino Hognose's??
Those are real interesting,
Keep me updated on your stock, I may be interested in some in the near future.

I'll def. let you know what I produce this year... I have a 3 ft. het female that should give me a ton of eggs if all goes well.

And Robin, do you know if it is safe to brumate snakes in wine coolers? I know that fridges can dry them out b/c they are frost free now.

I'm desperate for a solution for easy brumating in a hot climate with only one reptile room.

-Ross

i know of a few people who use wine chillers to brumate i do not know how exactly or the humidity or what but i can get one of my buds to email you... of course he doesnt breed colubrids he uses it on some of the more difficult to breed morelia

Hey Chad, what's going on with you man?

It sure has been a long time!

Anything up your sleeve's this year?

Sleeves

Nothing really up my sleeve. Just working on my Tangerine line and trying to work with the bells some more. Purchased my first little group of Balls as well, but those are a long ways off. Been a while since I was on geckochat! Man that sounds ancient!
