    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just got back from a 3 day fauna vacation and my coins are showing benefactor level. I never paid for benefactor level. I don't know if I actually have the privileges that go along with the coins, but I haven't tried. Just want you guys to be aware of glitch.
 
As far as I know, it was a glitch in the system. Still not sure what happened..... :shrug01: :shrug01:

THAT might be a glitch that you're going to want to fix before a bunch of loons try to use it as a new way to "get promoted." :ack2:

Look on the bright side Rich...at least it happened with someone who is honest. It could have been a lot worse. ;) :dgrin:
 
I wonder if it had something to do with the fact that Chuck was in a membership category that sort of no longer exists. Just a thought.

Was it that, or was it that his particular category had been dissolved...hence he got an accidental promotion to what his category should have become? Who knows? But what we do know is this... Chuck found himself stuck in a dimension not only of sight and sound, but of mind, a place of things and ideas, between the pit of Man's fears, and the summit of his knowledge. That place, some of us call, "The twilight zone."

I really liked having the coins. A few times when I was hitting the gin & tonics pretty hard I actually tried to unwrap them to see if any chocolate was inside. I think thats how I may have damaged the first screen on my flat panel monitor.

Please don't even ask how may times I've tried it or how many monitors I've gone through. Lets just say I get case discounts on Beefeaters at the liquor store.
