    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

:confused: :rolleyes:

Sorry, but you obviously haven't had your geckos for very long. It is much too late in the season to breed them now, :shrug01: and if you are going out and catching their food you are putting them at great risk as the crickets and grasshoppers (which you do not feed to leos in the first place) :NoNo: that you get could be contaminated with insecticide, also they have not been gut loaded so have no real nutritional value for your geckos. It seems to me that you have too many as it is. You have MUCH to learn before you are ready to be a leo owner, the best thing that you can do for the ones that you have is to find good homes for them until you are fully educated on how to care for them and have the financial means to do so.

ive had lots of experience with leo's the best thing i can say is Stop catching food... and as far as what this person said about breeding thats bull shit leos will breed almost year round if you feed them good.. goes to show you that not everyone knows what they are talking about...

Of course they WILL breed year round, but is it in the best interest of their health to do so? NO :NoNo: You can have any amount of "experience" with leos, but that doesn't mean that what you are doing due to your "experience" is best for them. Almost anyone can raise leos, but it takes a lot of research, studying and talking with breeders and long-time leo owners to have happy, healthy leos that will have a good, long life span.

If I were you I would spend money on the ones you have, i.e. good food(crickets for 6 leos should only cost you around $7 a week if you buy them at a local reptile shop) as for breeding goes, really research it (dont listen to a lot of people on here, they make assumtions) and as far as getting another one goes, I suggest you wait on it until you can feed them right. What happens when it gets cold outside? All these geckos die because you have no money to feed them.

and you dont care enough for them to buy or breed them crickets? they can get parasites from eating dirty food like that you shouldnt have those geckos! :angry: :NoNo: :censored: :toetap05: :detonate: :firedevil :argue: :eek2: :bang:

I do agree, I have had leopard geckos my whole life, and feeding them foods wild cought is just going to make them sick, So do concider that. And I assume your making a breeding attempt to make some money? I hate to tell you. But no one will buy baby leopard geckos if they are not in good heath, No matter the animal, a heathy momma makes for a baby, And if shes not fed well, you might not get anything out of her in the first place. But I would reconcider owning these, maybe have one or two, not six (AND BUY THIER FOOD). Until you know exactly what you are doing. Im not saying Im an expert but it comes from someone with breeding and owning experiance.

good luck
