Hello. I have been looking for a pretty good reptile community for a while, and after looking around the forum silently for a week or so, I decided to muster up the courage to finally say something. I really didn't like my full name being in all my posts, which is kinda the reason, but I really do understand. It's sad about what I see in the BOI forums and such.
Anyways, off the negativity. Here's a little about myself. I am a physical therapy student and cannot wait to get my bachelors. I probably get a year and a half ahead of me, then I can work on my master's. I am the owner of a number of animals -- two dogs, Gracie and Puff, who are 11 and 16 years old. Gracie's a chocolate lab-chow, but has the height and appearance of a chow, but the personality of a lab, and Puff is a pomeranian. I am dreading the fact I may not have them too much longer, been in my life since I was a kid.
I also have two male sugar gliders, who are twin brothers. I just call them Suggies, because I cannot tell the difference between them to name them. I can see one is more calm and one is hyper, but I don't trust the fact that it could be the same one every day. They are 4 years old and the sweetest sugar gliders I've ever seen.
Then I have 3 male leopard geckos -- Mile, Chip, and Raptor (who is a RAPTOR, but never really named him, and it just stuck). Their ages are 6, 5, and 3. Mile HATES being handled, but he will come out when it's time to eat. Chip and Raptor, they are the sweetest things, they will walk into the palm of your hand, they know when it's time to eat, and know that the human feeds them, and they are very easy to handle. All three of them never bit me.
Finally, I have two bearded dragons. Boo and the other, I'm in the process of naming. They are the sweetest things ever, and I spend the most time with them, since it's hard to ignore them in my room, because they are always doing something.
Well, that completes my collection. And nice to meet everyone.
