• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Hi everyone. I just happened to find this site while looking for places online to sell my bowfin. I found a lot of neat stuff on here while looking around! I am glad I found it.

I am in central Florida (Inverness) for a little while, visiting my grandmother but want to stay for good. I am originally from here but ended up in Missouri (long, dreadful story :rolleyes:)... however, I am homesick and my grandmother (turns out) really needs me to stay, so I am trying to find a way to stay. The job situation is terrible here, as is everywhere else. Anyway, I don't want to get into all that... sigh... I guess back to the point of the post... :shrug01:

I have some bowfin for sale... various sizes (1" - 3"... may be some 4"s in there) and would be willing to deliver them within central Florida area, possibly other areas, depending on how many are bought... or can ship them if necessary, depending in the circumstances. BTW, you might get more sales on your Bowfin if you was to post them in the classifieds section. ;)
 
OK thank you everyone for the welcome... Yes, I will post in the F/S section as soon as I find it... LOL I am brand new here and still trying to figure it out... plus I wanted to get some pictures first. I have some now but they are a little blurry b/c the little fishies are very active and wont keep still! :rotflmao: I think I can figure out how to post the picture, though... I will try. Thanks again!
