    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hi, hope I can ask about the bells here. I wasn't sure if I should go to the genetics board or not. We got our first bell a bit ago-I can't believe how beautiful they are in person. Also a blizzard and a hypo tang. I guess I want to know what the percent ratio is on breeding out a blazzing bell as there is only one out there right? From Kelli? Also I don't see too many bell morphs at all, except mainly bell tangs and very few bell hybinos.
Is it that the bells are not that numerous or are they hard to work with genetic wise? Especially where the blazzing is concerned. I want to assume that what morphs have been created with the tremper albinos can be replicated with bell too, since they are so beautiful, but I don't know. Thanks.

Hi Marlo and WELCOME to Fauna!!
I can't answer your question but i just wanted to welcome you and i think that the bells are awesome too
:D

Oh, then you haven't seen Kelli's Mack Snow Bell, have you? I know she posted it about a month ago.

Kelli...... can you post and update for us on the Mack Bell???

Hello...and welcome to the forums! Bells may be a little less numerous than the other two strains, but they are quickly catching up (as far as morphs go). I would imagine that this season some of us will hatch patternless Bells, more blazing Bells, more jungle Bells, Redstripe Bells, many more hybinos, and some new stuff (like Kelli's Mack Snow Bell). They really are awesome and offer some very cool "looks" when new morphs are created. I'm trying to create a "blue Bell"...time will tell. I do think that most, if not all, of the Tremper traits can be replicated in Bells...plus hopefully a few others. Not sure about the raptor traits, but I know there are some "black-eyed" het Bells...like the eclipse.

Glad your working with the Bells!

wow, thank for such a nice welcome. I think whatever I pursue on the breedings they should be a good outcome. I haven't seen the bell mack yet. We also have an awsome hypo tang and blizzard as we as our first guy who is a very yellow normal but almost 11 inches and over 110 grams. So we are excited about the bells, and I think I might go hybino I don't know. Those are so nice looking. I really like the look of the ones I've seen on Kelli's page.

I'm a Bell fanatic myself and it's the only albino strain I work with. I'm way behind, but I'm starting from the bottom and mostly making my own hets for the existing Bell morphs. I do have a couple projects that I think only a few if any are doing though. As far as I'm concerned Bells are where its at!
