Thank you Chuck, you're very kind. I love Brass in Pocket, I always get off of the stage and go around "flirting" with the crowd when I sing that song; the guys like that, dunno why. (lol) I love how Jose sings Love Song, he's extremely talented, especially w/guitar. Everyone in my band is extremely talented, and we're all very close too. My honey is the bass player and a vocalist also.

I don't know that song, but I don't think we'll be bringing much new into our set list now.... phone rang tonight, it was hubby's Sgt., informing him that he is officially on stand by to "assist in the War on Terrorism" so it doesn't make sense to add more songs to our already huge set list as the band may be put on hold while he's gone; unless we can find another bass player but the good ones are hard to find.

My Belgian Sheppard / Border Collie mix chases his tale, and yes it is very amusing. Especially since he's almost three now. My Lab/Akita mix has never chased her tail, and she's nine months old. LOL

I noticed he was reading this thread well after you posted, and yet no response from him. Let's see if he actually takes you up on it. Watch him say that he will be out of town for some very important reason at the very same time you're able to go there.

Take lots of pictures.... that way we can be proven wrong. If he points to a very nice building and says it is his. Go inside and take pictures... or better yet, videos. that way I can be proven wrong. Then I can come here with my tail between my legs and apologize.

You don't want to take the name, do you? After all the exposure HEH has had, that name would bring your business more harm than good. Or was it a "just curious" question?

And no, I don't recognize anyone from that photo page link you gave.

Notice anything about what little can be seen in his wife's face? (He posted this pic to another forum in late 2006, and said that it was an "old" photo of his wife, taken "about a year ago" and yet supposedly Tawnie is, what, 42-ish?)

Say, for instance, how oh-so-very young that skin is? As in, much younger skin than that of a woman in her 40's?

I'm 36, look young for my age, and still my skin doesn't look as young as his wife's in that photo.

That looks more like someone in her early-to-mid-20's, dontcha think???
(Brittany would now be about 24 or 25.)

Would be amusing to see the look on his face, attempting to register a business that someone else owns, hence inability to legalize the HEH name for himself. He hasn't covered his rear as much as he'd believed he had: if the HEH name were to be registered by someone else, what would he be able to do other than embark on yet another alias not to mention all the other work involved in order to establish his new "business name" to the public.

However, wouldn't be necessary, unless someone simply wanted to mess with him.... Even if he's getting things done now, so that he becomes a legitimate business according to regulations, the dates on the documents would show that HEH was not registered up until a certain date; as in long after the inquiry on HEH ever began. So even if he were to go and do all of the paperwork now, finally, and then show it to the BOI.... it wouldn't change a thing RE: the legitimacy of High End Herps Inc. prior to the date the paperwork is posted.

And if he were to post a photo of said paperwork and doctor it to show an earlier date, it would be very easy to go verify his papers and immediately see the inconsistencies. Not to mention prove not only to the public, but also to the law, that he is a fraud.

He's treading deep waters. Only a matter of time before he tires out and sinks.

I am only a Sole Proprietorship and I gotta do my taxes once a month. (retail taxes)

then I gotta make sure to add up all the months when I state my income at the end of the year. gotta add up all the expenditures and make sure my business spending is separated from the rest of my spending..... etc etc etc
It gets rather complicated. But you gotta keep on top of it if you want to stay out of jail. Because if you mess up. That is uncle sam taxes you are messing with.

Think of it this way. If that girl is really Brittany and she is using her Mom's name of Tawni....... imagine how much trouble Tawni can get into when David decides not to file taxes. Tawni can go to jail. Then again, that is probably what David and Brittany want.

They just got in deep.

Someone should register that name. just to mess with them.
I won't do it because I already have them by their basketBALLS. I already they are fake and that they are really Damon and the girlfriend.
Only the dumb will continue to believe his name is really david.

I inspected all of the photos on that page earlier (http://www.cappsnet.com/schmidt/snakes.htm), and I can't personally find enough resemblance. Perhaps someone else might?

Even the eyebrows aren't similar enough. The one that "David" posted of his wife (the one with the snake's head in front of the face), the eyebrows have a similar shape, but hers aren't nearly as full as the pregnant woman in the photo linked above.

That's what I see, anyhow.
