    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Good guys can never hide Bobby....the shine of excellence gives them away. People always want to be around a guy like that...in life and in business. Its just too hard when you're a lovable guy to keep a low profile.

I'll wager that Damon takes exception to your post and confronts you about posting your corp papers directly. He never really addresses specific people in this thread, he normally just sticks to Luna & Crosby. My reasoning is that they both are significant threats to him.

Damon being an ex-con, a conartist and a hoax, you are the anti-damon. You are everything he wishes he could be.

When I get out of this house I am staying in...... I am getting back into reptiles. I will probably produce one or two clutches a year. And i will have more customers than he has had in is "thirty (3) years"

It was a 10' male. I cant remember if he said he produced it or not. I was looking at one of his crosses he had for sale. I believe it was the albino rock x burm. I looked at his site and asked if he had any albino retics with size for sale. He told me that one and we set up a plan. I cant say for sure but I'm thinking he may have said he did. I know he was telling me he had the largest albinos in captivity. When we made the deal for the male, i told him i really wanted a purple. I know for a fact he told me he was hoping he had a couple in his clutch. Because of that statement, I assumed he produced it.

OK well, I guess David is letting me hang. I don't like to bring something from the past up that I don't know the facts on but i will this time. I was telling David through a IM that I lost almost my entire collection after my divorce. He told me the same thing happened to him a few years back. I'm not the best with computers but I know you can see if he did get a divorce. If you cant find it in his name through the courts then one can assume(hate that word) one of the followings...
he's NOT who he said he is
he says stuff to fit in for the moment
OR
he was divorced from his reptiles when he(Damon) got busted
When i get left to hang,I start to see with wider eyes.Does anyone know if Damon had any children?

I agree, Damon has told so many stories, it is real hard to find the truth. IMO, his divorce was from freedom due to his habit of breaking the law.

if I was you...... instead of sending a money order to Tawni's name.... I would send a check made out to the corporation's name.
Make sure you spell out High End Herps Incorporated . make sure the "Incorporated" part is nice and visible.

Then the bank can deposit the funds.... or they may say.... HUH !?!?! who is this Inc?

No, he is way too busy hiding under Tawni's skirt for that. Next thing will be Tawni filing for a business license and the incorporation papers for High End Herps. If this happens they still are not to be trusted.

I have been working on something else, I contacted SunBiz. I went though them to see if the name High End Herps Inc. was a registered corporation name, the answer is, NO. I had to do the same when I registered mine, this is so two corporations don't have the same name. It is part of the due process.

How do you like that? There is no corporation named High End Herps INC. :rolleyes:
 
To the person several pages ago who pointed out the new pics of the orange sunkist (or whatever it is called) boa... yeah, I found that after someone reported receiving his new spam. After seeing the pic, my question was answered: No, that is not a snake I would be interested in owning.

I did have one payment plan transaction with Rick and Melissa Vanderpool a couple of years back that extended for about 6 months or so. It went very smooth like Rick initially said and they were always very prompt in their payments. It was for a 10 foot white phase albino male retic.

I have had no other deals or transactions with Rick and Melissa or Rick or with his new significant other, Kim and there are currently no transactions pending or in progress with Rick or with anyone he may be with or was with. I don't know why he is claiming that he is currently purchasing a 10 foot albino tiger from me. There is no such deal or transaction going on, though I suppose it's possible we may have discussed the possibility of such a purchase at one time or another a couple of years back. I really don't remember. It's been a while.

Apparently Melissa is no longer part of Rick's dealings but when she was, my one dealing with them and the one purchase they made with us went very smooth and I would not hesitate to do business with either of them again, individually or collectively.

Sorry to ear about y'alls divorce Rick, but I guess it was for the best. Which one of you kept the albino retic? Is he doing good? I hope so. I have often wondered but we lost touch shortly after he was shipped to you. I usually keep in touch with my past customers if possible but as you know I haven't heard from either of you since you received him well over a year and a half ago. I hope he's doing well.

Lost the first post, but here it is again.

Since I'm sure Rick has copies of the money orders he's been sending it will be NO problem to have them tracked to see just who it was that cashed or deposited them.

Since state lines were crossed in making these payments, it is now federal jurisdiction I believe.

This little matter of david/damon/josh/brian/hannible trying to stiff somene on payments made may be the beginning of the final downfall and hopefully more jailtime for the scumbag.

Way to go brian/damon/david/josh/hannible.

Well at least i got him on but he still didnt answer any of the questions. Just for the record, me and Melissa Montecalvo were never married. We grew up together and were very close. We do a lot together with snakes. Kim has always been with me even during the purchase of the albino. I see where this has gotten by posting. I will wash my hands now and go from here. I wish everyone the best on this matter.

Rick, your money you've invested is not necessarily lost just yet. Do you have receipts and/or other proofs that you've been making payments to them? There are people here who, I'm very sure, would know how to help you pursue this. So don't just up and leave here, OK?

If you've had a transaction going on with "HEP" and now "David" is now claiming you don't, you have legal options to regain your money. And then some. ;)
