    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Besides the wildlife violations, don't forget about the following which are also criminal in AZ

driving on a suspended lisence
Failure to appear in the second degree
False information to a police officer

Ive been reading this whole thread, from post one, over the past week or so. fascinating to say the least. i just finished it, and jumped over to the posted link for the thread on bpnet. i just reached post 21 a few years??? where hes going thru his usual song and dance about how this stuff doesn't bother him. but what really caught my attention is what he said after that. "None of this bothers me much anymore, truth be told. Sure, it did a few years ago, I used to get real upset by it, but not anymore. I am so used to it now that it's like water running off a duck's back, lol"

Damon comes across as quite smart and very well versed to me, which makes me wonder why he would say that it used to bother him A FEW YEARS AGO, when this thread and questioning of who HEH is only started 2 years ago, in late jun06. Ive always heard 2 referred to as a couple, not a few. seems like something the incredible mind of David aka Damon would get right. so what was it that you guys were doing to David and HEH a few years ago, before this thread ever came about? or is Damon referring to his being busted as Brian thread, which would have been a few years ago now? (which i read before reading the HEH thread /your quite a fascinating person Damon) :yesnod:

I would like to personally apologize for failing to fill out the Louisiana Department of Revenue form R-2011.

I have not had much time lately. Attending an academy and having two jobs kind of takes time away.

If you are not familiar with form R-2011, it is a form for Reporting a Business suspected of Committing a Fraud.

I am not in a hurry.
1. If you decide to close up shop. {Good Ridance}

2. If you decide to become a real business, you will have to do it under your real name and not one of your fake names. {Then I will be proven right}

3. If you decide that I am just giving you a hard time and not really serious about reporting your NON-EXISTANT and FRAUDULENT business...... then the surprise will be on you.

besides when I was a kid... I remember that waiting for my punishment and not knowing when it will come was a lot worse than the punishment itself

hey Damon heynen, Brian smith, David Beauchemin. It does not really matter what you call yourself. You are doing business without a LEGAL business license. Legal - meaning it is in YOUR real name and not some fake name. It also means you file taxes.

I just got my copy of the current issue (Jan. 2009) of reptiles this week. HEH continues to have 2 HEH ads in it - a text only ad and a 1/4 page color ad. Furthermore, he is STILL using the "Inc" in his business name for those ads as well as continuing to use the "Inc" on his website (sorry ritchie).

Which part dont you get, Bill? Bowtie is the publishing company for numerous magazines. And, we want to know if damon is still advertising in them.

His banners still definately has the inc on it. he will have to have them re-made just to get rid of the inc.

well here my 2 cents...i met damon (josh stewart) in 2003.he was posting cage designs in california recycler under cages-n-constrictors.we talked over the phone several times over a period of a few weeks.i decided to pick one up.he told me to send a money order in josh stewart name.i sent him a deposit of $100..and he said it would $600 total for the cage.i said that was fine that i would have to make a couple of payments.we got to know each other over a period of time..we met at a gas station in san bernadino near where he lived and i worked.i worked in title escrow..1 month later he invited me to his house..he lived in a coldsack area,3 dogs and a tortoise,and rabbit hutches everywhere.i met his girlfriend "brittany",skinny blonde chick in her early 20's.i got to see his rat operation,it was pretty clever i might ad.over a few months i got to see his colony;a couple of retics,blood pythons,ball pythons,carpets burms...etc..there was one boa that caught my eyes,it was an argentine adult female...she was really sick..sick..sick..he also had american alligators.a breeding pair,3 subadult and load of babies..we became somewhat good friends i thought..but he would always ask me if i knew this person or this one...i told him no.we were sitting around one day and ask me if i wanted to take a road trip.i said where?he said lousiana to take a few animals down there and pick up a few.i really couldnt go because of work.so i told him i would get back to him on it.little by little i got to know more of who he was.he asked me if i wanted to raise some of his stock for my own breeding projects.i told him i would think about it.the man had guns as well..ask me if i needed any.i told him no.i bought rats from him for several months.then he hit me with it;he ask me to come by to talk.. i said ok.i was there for several hours we talked about him moving back east to la and that he wanted to know if i wanted to buy his house..he would through in the rat business and the client/tell in with it.he wanted to start another business out there.a business called high end herps.i told i would let him know in a couple of days..he said ok.i checked on the property and all the run down...big red flag"damon heynan was the owner,i went to his house and asked him who is heynan?and he came clean about who he was.after i put 2 n 2 together,he stop calling me...i called one day and we got into it about how everything was conspricy and how i uncovered who he was..and blah blah...he said he was getting out of the reptile business and moving out of state.i said whatever...take care of yourself...to make a long story sort of short....i called the number on the web site..and damon answered the line..i know the voice..so yes damon is highendherps.he also has pics of the cages he uses..i have the same design..i plan to market them..gooooood luck now damon,josh..or david..
