    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This is hardly a Witch hunt. Most any unbiased person who read through all this can see you for who you really are.

1) You show up on kingsnake a few month after Damon was known to have been heading out your way. Before that, I don't know any one that has heard of you. Some did say they dealt or talked with you shortly before Damon was known to have moved, but it's obvious you had Tawni and the new company name lined up before you moved. Other than that, I can't find one person that knows anything about you before that time.

2) The same people that bought Damon's place out in Cali happen to be the same people who did your website.

3) Not only are you interested in the same snakes and breeding projects Damon was, breeders you have posted (rock/burm hybrid burm female for one) pics of are still pictured in Damon's kingsnake photo gallery! On a side note, how did they make it through your two year quarantine process so fast? I'm pretty sure you have been posting pics of them in your breeding program less than 2 years before Damon was last known to have them.

4) You write in a very similar manner as he did.

5) YOu make the same outrageous claims he did. (big breeder, been around forever, unmatched quarantine methods, produce tons of babies etc...)

6) You have similar guarantees like he had, which is far different from the normal stated polices most breeders have.

7) People have looked, and can't find any record of David Beauchemin. Infact, nothing is in David's name at all. Everything is in Tawni's name. Who's last name is actually Baucheman, not Beauchemin. Strangely, that is another similar thing Damon did. If you look at the name he put down in the Brian Smith thread he spelled his last name Heyen, instead of Heynen.

8) Someone that lived with Damon knew you he had an big old white ford truck. Jim Mason did a deal with you in person and said you had a truck just like that.

9) Jim had known you weren't who you really said you are before you did your deal with him he and paid very close attention to what you looked like. I e-mailed Jim's detailed description of you to the person that lived with Damon for a while and they said you for sure you were Damon Heynen. The person who connected you has no reason to connect you with Damon, unless you really are Damon.

Now, I'm the first to admit several of these REAL facts above wouldn't hold much water standing alone. However, together it's pretty obvious David is really Damon.

only thing people are asking is a copy of your DL. because we all know you can;t get one unless you have lots of other papers to back you up.

We also ask for a business license because you can;t get one without all sorts of other things to back you up.

Basically we are asking for things that need proof. Not just something you can lie about.

2. The guy who bought damons place is the same guy who registered your website. and he is far away in cali. Cali where damon used to live.
3. you both drive the same white ford dually that grinds in reverse.
4. you both have the same 4 month guarantee. the only guarantee of its kind
5. you both have the only lifetime exchange. NO ONE ELSE does. <-----your quote.
6. neither you NOR damon could ever prove that they truly owned this big business you all claim too.
7. you both despise the same persons
8. you both have an open colony that you both claim as closed.
9. damon (the big time breeder with the worlds largest collection) disappeared. two months later, david (the big time breeder with the worlds largest collection) appeared out of nowhere.
each one of these won;t hold water.
put them together and it is slightly obvious.

I also would like to know who voted your website the most helpful and full of information website. I mean if the vote was made by you and tawni.... well I can understand that. I just did not see the vote anywhere else.

For question #2 - you did not answer me.

To continue "as you have always operated" may mean as a non-existant business. Please, answer more clearly.

Is your business REGISTERED and OFFICIAL? Is it a corporation (since you are using "Inc" in the name)? Thanks for answering one of my questions at least.

And I disagree. While some people have been quite emotional on this thread, it's not a witchhunt. You are evading questions, whether you mean to or not.
 
One more thing I just thought of adding to the list.

10) Damon claimed to have sold all his snakes and that he was getting out of reptiles for good. Then a long time later he was caught moving his larger than average collection of reptiles (some illegal) through AZ just a few months before Highendherps started showing up. Why would Damon lie about selling all his herps if his intention wasn't to change his identity?

You could dispell these accusations with one post that would take you all of 5 minutes to make. The only problem is that you can't prove us all liars, because YOU are the liar.

In the history of the BOI there has never been an honest person who didn't do what it took to dispell false accusations leveled against them. The whole "I'm taking the moral high ground and refusing to answer" argument is obtuse beyond belief. :rolleyes:

However, having said that, I guess that you are pretty much between a rock and a hard place. You really only have two options, 1) admit that you're a liar, or 2) refuse to answer. It doesn't exactly take a rocket scientist to see the real reason why you're not answering...and it has absolutely nothing to do with your morals.

Yeah I know. I totally agree. I won't tell anyone who that spy is. but that spy needs to finally get some balls.

He is passing by the david's place everyday, all he freakin has to do is get a pair of balls and get a photo of david and run. He should also get a picture of the trailer/shack/hut and run. I say run, because you know damon will try to go catch up to him and beat him up. You know how them fellons are. We can finally show people that david treats his snakes real well. After all the snakes live in several pretend buildings.... and he has his family living in a shack (for lack of a better word) He should not have a problem saying bad stuff about david. he can't get sued. Look at my post. What I am basically saying in the post is... david can't sue him or anyone because david does not exist. Damon can sue though. although it wont get very far. Anyone can also say all the bad stuff they want about High end Herps. They can't get sued by High end Herps because they do not exist. if you look at david's latest post..... he could not say a single thing about the lawsuit stuff. because he knows it is true. Just make sure the bad stuff is true. I won't stand for outright lies no matter who says it.

also look at his last post about having me pegged wrong. That is totally damon. He can't hide it forever. he will crack.

another thing is damon LOVES attention. If this guy named david has a real business, why would he bring back a bad thread? It is because he is really damon and damon LOVES attention.

Anyway tell your spy to hurry up and get those pics. I won't say word about it on the thread.
