His website says he has been PROFESSIONALLY breading for three decades.
That means david has been breeding reptiles since he was 9.

How much money does a 9 year old in 1977 have to be spending on reptiles?

This Looney rendition of how my life really is just keeps getting better and better. It is limited only by the extent of the imagination of a crazy, obsessed, mentally disturbed person. You ought to write fiction luna.

I mean… professionally. And then get some professional help. You clearly have mental issues. And you seem very angry. Are financial times hard or something? That usually causes folks to lash out at others that are doing better.

I realize that I am only disappointing loona by not responding to his “knee-jerk” posts that are clearly only posted so as to cause an angry reaction by me so that I respond in kind and thereby stoop to his despicable, contemptible level and therefore justify his less than admirable behavior he has exhibited here. But I not only am not able to become angry about this truly hilarious material but I feel that the more of this insane stuff he posts, the more he adds to it, the worse he makes himself look and the more obvious his real agenda is.

My theory on "the real agenda" is that he is a failed breeder and he resents my success in my breeding and in my business and in my life. Didn’t he say that he tried breeding a few years back and didn’t make it? Granted, not every upstart, novice breeder makes it in this business. Well I'm sorry he didn't succeed. But that isn't MY fault. But since he feels the need to criticize and demean EVERY aspect of my business, every snake we produce, every policy that we offer, every thing that I do (except my shipping boxes thus far, lol) it seems quite obvious to me (and others) that the real issue is that my success reflects his failure (in his damaged mind) and he therefore must try everything he can conjure up (literally) to futilely try to negatively affect my success. Make too much sense?

Actually I had a pretty little succesful reptile thing going on. Only reason I am out of reptiles is because I had to choose between living in an apartment with reptiles....... or living in this 1.1 million dollar home WITHOUT reptiles. the choice was quite easy. If I was alone, i would have chosen the aprtment in a heart beat with my reptiles. but I do have a family to think about. so I made the painful choice in a heartbeat to get rid of the reptiles. so you were wrong. I never said that I never made it. I produced some pretty stuff. My animals were also used by other breeders to produce some awesome stuff. I also used other breeders animals and paired them with mine to produce some awesome stuff. for an upstart little nobody like me, I did not have a problem partnering up with other breeders. how about you? your hatred for other breeders tells me that they all must have rejected you.

So...if THAT were the case (as laughable as the notion is), why has Ritchie never gone after a breeder who is actually successful? Going after you doesn't count...you've never proven that you're actually had any degree of success...and certainly not to the level that you claim.

I'm still waiting for the answers to my previous questions, Damon.

Recently a man by the name of Ian Van Natter has been posting vicious lies about us in the Bob Clark forums as well as in others. In these posts he refers to us as "Thieves", "Liars" and incredibly, even "Murderers". We contacted Bob Clark about what was being posted on his forums about us and respectfully asked if he could have one of his moderators remove them as they are illegal, libelous lies. He responded with an offhand remark that "Forums are rough" and "Can't you deal with it?" and he basically refused to take action in the matter. The posts still remain. The people at NERD were much more reasonable and professional and responded immediately and rightfully removed the posts on their forums. Kudos to Keven and Kara. They are stand up, decent folks.



We are currently consulting with a lawyer to determine the extent of the illegal nature of these posts and we are going to, if possible, pursue this in court to the fullest extent of the law. Ian Van Natter will be subpeonaed to face charges of libel in our home state and if possible Mr. Clark will also be subpeonaed to face charges of aiding and abetting as he did not take direct action to remove libelous statements posted on his public forums once notified of the problem.



Ultimately this really just saddens us incredibly. We were warned by others when we first entered this business that it got really cutthroat and that other breeders attempt to hamper one's attempts to succeed in "Their Market". I think I can clearly see what Mr. Clarks motivation is in allowing these false statements about us to remain on his forums. But we will succeed and thrive in this business with or without his blessing.

Why put up with being labled a liar and theif when in a matter of minutes, you could end this?

Just to put this into perspective - being labeled “thief” or “liar” is just a small ancillary issue if you’re being outed as Damon Heynen (a.k.a. “Brian Smith” and other alias'). To be known as Damon Heynen also means you’re a former prison inmate. He shot a young man to death, and then ran to avoid prosecution. So depending on how you view felony manslaughter – being labeled Damon Heynen could also carry the tag of “murderer” (since his release he has emailed several death threats and physically threatened others with a gun).

You really have to wonder why someone, who wasn’t actually Damon Heynen, would voluntarily protract this situation. Of course for a number of people they don’t spend much time wondering – they know exactly why.

If a driver's lic. is too hard for you to scan and copy, then at the very least please prove that you are not running an illegal business. You call yourself a corporation, but yet no one can locate any such valid corp. registrations. Maybe this will help.. plenty of options to choose from to prove you can do business under your HEH, Inc. name.
