well michael connor i guess you not aware of what damon is capable of...he is just gonna find another way to sell and screw people into buying his animals.

If you're going to use my full name please spell it right. I was talking about the forum not the action of the subject. If this happens again then a new thread will emerge. but after almost 4 years and 197 pages it's getting a little stale. Just telling not saying

This thread maybe getting a little stale that is probably true somewhat, but wether this thread is kept going or not their website is still up and running called highendherpes.com so therefore if their site is still up and going I plan on trying to keep everyone away from it as much as possible. Am I going to far who knows but I was lied too, taken advantage of as were others, well if the others dont have the balls to come forward and take this guy down then i will for them. Is it a little Much? maybe but when the s***head calls me up to threaten me as he has done others then bring it on! Even some of you here in the forums he has threatened. Well you threaten me you better had back it up. Want to sue me go ahead Dameon I am waiting for my Supeona, even told him to give me the name of his lawyer so that I could go there myself and pickup the supeona. But no name of any Lawyer has been revealed. I have taken down several of his craigslist, and other snake ads that I can find, and If I have to search every ad posting website I can find for the rest of my life I will, until there is no more High end herpes, and a apology. So is the thread still alive I dont know but I will make sure where ever he goes or whatever website he posts on I will be sure to counter him and discredit him as much as possible. I look forward to the lawsuit, please I cant wait, I would love to see the look on the Judges face after knowing your past and future too.

This thread over the 4 years it has run has lost it's pertinence along time ago. The guy has been baned, beaten to death (with words) ruined, arrested, put in jail, the animals have been removed and saved the one girl got her dog back. Isn't that enough !!!!!!!!!!

How has it run it's course when it's still ongoing? We don't even have final word on what charges are being pressed. Sorry, we aren't just going to 'move along'...

I'm not trying to step on anybodies toes here, but I've noticed a lot ( even caught myself doing it ) of guilt by association going on in the BOI, and it's not fair.

Yeah these guys like Damon, and some other bad guys on the boi are truly bad people, but we've gotta stop jumping people for making comments, even if it were to defend somebody bad. In a lot of cases ( not particularly this one ) but I've seen some where ONE person has a good experience with a bad guy, and a few people have a bad experience so everybody on the board jumps the ONE guy that expresses his good experience with the "bad guy" and is treated like a criminal himself.

If somebody like mikecon812 makes a statement like the one he did then either he's got a differing opinion, or he doesn't understand the full extent of the situation. Yes he could have gone back to read the whole thing, but I don't think we should be so fast to jump on people, and label them to be "defending", or even go as far as to say they are the person come back under another name.

I'm just saying we should be a little more careful.

Yes I am new to this site but that doesn't mean I can't read. I found the forum very interesting and yes I've only read about 80% of it but I bet there are many contributing posters that have read less.

I thought he just got busted. This time by the Po Po.

PS. It will never lose "pertinence" because he will be back under a different name and under a new FAKE corporation selling the same kind of animals he does not really have.

As a person from experience of having done buisness with him, he provides a great transaction, and don't have to worry about getting the snake late or not being in contact with him, cause i give him 2 thumbs up for that!

I bought a 3 burms from him not too long ago like 3months ago the most, and they are all beautiful except one came very spicy if you know what i mean!

hey ritchie,yes he caught popped for the large snakes and went to jail for a day or two.and yes like i said he will be under a different alias soon no doubt..we all have to watch our p's & q's.

Doesn’t matter if he spends 1 day in jail or 1 year, several of the animals have passed away or had to be put down do too malnutrition and lack of care (mange, heartworms etc.) now that being said he took better care of most of the snakes than the other animals, but here is why I am upset besides the poor care of the animals we had to pull from his property. First of all he and his wife were acting as a Dog & cat rescue group, which is totally false and shut down. Now all the cats were pregnant, why? Do you know how hard it is finding homes for kittens, almost impossible, so what was he to do with these kittens? (Use your common sense here) second he wanted people to bring their dogs and cats to him and deliver food and money too if possible. Now he from most of the stories I have heard from others, very rarely went and got these animals. Third most of the people had no clue what so ever of what conditions other animals, including the snakes of what kind of living conditions their animals they were giving away would be living in. fourth, Why would they act as a animal rescue group and yet let the animals go starving and get diseases that they wouldn’t have gotten in a legit rescue home, unless they intended to do something else with these animals, which in my case was to resell our dog that we handed over too them under false pretenses. Unfortunately the ba**** didn’t realize that I would fight him tooth and nail to get him back. Now by the way they just didn’t take in dogs and cats, but several guinea pigs, chickens and ducks as well. But no one was allowed on the property, including the feed delivery guy. So even though I have no definite proof to say that he was feeding snakes (other live animals that were not breed specifically for food for the snakes), one can only speculate at this point and it defiantly adds up. So I will vow to shut him down on the snake selling as much as I can. I may not win every battle with him but I will prevail some of the time and that is ok with me.
