In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. Can somebody give me anything on this. Is it recessive, dominant, co-dominant. The world of ball pythons stated dominant but somebody was selling a yellowbelly het for highway. Please help with any info.

Thank you

here is a dumbed down answer

the highway is a combo of the yellow belly gene and the gravel gene (which is very similar to a yellowbelly in appearance). the gravel is related to the yellowbelly like a mojave to a lesser.

a yellowbelly can not be het for highway unless it is the visual highway. they are not recessive. and honestly it has been so long since i worried about terminology that i can not remember if the gravel is codom or incomplete dom.

the super gravel is almost identical to the highway. i doubt many people could tell them apart if 3 or 4 were placed together.

no single gene gravels have been sold (on purpose anyway) to my knowledge. they are very, very similar to a yellowbelly in appearance. bolder belly markings without as much flaming.
