In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hmmm... Did I ever intro?

I truly don't remember. Well, just to be sure...
Be warned. I like to type.

My name is Adam, I'm 20 years young (physically, closer to 6 or 7 mentally), and I live between Wyoming and Minnesota. The going is easier in Minnesota, but Wyoming will always be my home-home, you know?

I train horses, mostly hotbloods and hunters. I used to breed, but there are so many horses in need of homes already that I backed out. I still have my stallion though, and he's just as grumpy as ever, being penned up away from his girlfriends.

I have a small collection of cornsnakes. I'm a little nervous around boas and pythons and the other bigger serpents... I'm wierd like that with most lizards too, but not soft ones for some reason (geckos, salamanders, etc.) I have ALOT of phobias. I'm a pretty goofy individual. I can't say much for my personality, because it's always changing. I always say, you can't be my friend, because in ten minutes, I'll remind you of someone you really hate. I've got DID and Asperger's Syndrome, so that makes me pretty difficult to get along with, but I can be helpful when I want to. I've been keeping snakes since I was a toddler, and I know alot of hands-on stuff, by experience. I'm not much of a book-learned fella' though, to tell you the truth.

I'm going to be pretty honest, I'm not a huge Fauna fan yet. I really prefer a touchy-feely crowd, for whatever reason. I think friendliness is next to Godliness.

I really like birds, but I have horribly bad luck with them, so I generally admire them from afar rather than keep them as pets. Some day, I want one of those purdy rainbowy conures. For now, my barnyard fowl will suffice.

I live in a cozy halfway house (lol, not really. It's halfway into a hill, so we call it a halfway house ;)) with my wonderful boyfriend, Justin. (I'm totally gay. For srs.) I'm a busboy at our local... Friendly bar, lol. It's not much, but it's all I have.

Hmmm. I can't think of much else to say.
Well... Happy chatting.

Adam

Well, Adam, I don't know if you ever intro'd yourself, but I was at your 'coming out' party!
Apparently you got a bad start on here the first go 'round, but ya gotta admit that the support was overwhelming on the other thread. Give it a good shot & you just might find your niche in here--someplace you feel comfortable.
As for the Asperger's, I know a little about that, but what is DID?

I did really like the coming out thread! It made me feel... Understood. :)

DID stands for Dissociative Identity Disorder. I have medicine which keeps me from turning into Jekyl & Hyde. xD
o.o; One condition you DON'T wanna forget your meds with...
