Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What are you feeding them? They dont do to well without a good suply of harvester ants, They will eat crickets but NEED the acidity of ants. Most places dont carry them becouse of this. Just wondering?
 
Anyone considering the purchase of horned toads PLEASE listen to what "redmallee" said in a previous post - these lizards do NEED to be fed ants as a large percentage of their diet - they may accept small crickets, etc, but this does NOT mean they will do well on them long term.
 
Before you purchase something like this....

Be advised that these are Mountain Short Horned lizards and there care is extremely specialized. Red ants won't really do the trick, they feed mostly on large black ants. These are arguably the worst type's of horned lizards to try and keep because of there husbandry needs. These little critters are most likely going to parish fast in captivity. I generally keep my mouth shut on here and try not to get into folks business, but seeing these for sale compelled me to at least let people know what they were in for and let them make up there own minds.
 
I understand people are trying to help but this is not a discussion thread, it's a classified ad.
Please refrain unless you are posting an inquiry about the ad.
