Selling my house and rat facility and rodent business as a package deal. The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom recently remodeled from top to bottom. All new everything. This 4 bedroom family home has beautiful wood floors and carpet and sits on a full acre of open land. Also on the land are several large cement ponds with pump and filter systems. The largest pond is 50 feet by 25 feet and 3 feet deep. Lots of trees and only one neighbor. This property is on the end of a dead end street and is very quiet with no traffic.
The rat facility produces between 6000 and 8000 feeder rats and numerous specialty breed rats each month. The facility is personally designed and built by me and is a very low maintenence system. All the racks and wall mounted breeder tanks have enormous food resevoirs that literally hold tonage of rat food and only need to be refilled about once every month or two. In addition to this all the racks and wall mounted units are on auto-water systems. This operation only takes about 1 hour a day to maintain and run it smoothly. Part of the package deal is that this facililty and business comes with a full year of prepaid advertising, a full customer base and rodent feed contracts for incredibly cheap yet high quality food. Also included: A rat delivery van and two employees that are optional to keep.
