Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I hate to break it to ya Chuck, but neither Alex Hue nor Justyn Miller are, nor have they ever been, active members on GeckoForums aka "big deals". Justyn was banned permanently from my site in August of 2008 (after his dubious business ethics were brought up here on the BOI) and as far as I know Alex Hue is not even a member of GF or if he is I cannot find any record of his membership or any posts he has ever made.

Yes someone started a thread about him there at some point but he's not even a member of the site. How does that equate to him being a "big deal" as Chuck stated?

Thank you for the correction. I should have continued reading the rest of the thread before I replied to your other post (sorry!). I have a fairly strict TOS over there and when posts are made questioning business ethics of breeders/companies, those posts are usually soft deleted and the BOI is recommended as a place to share those types of things.

Yeah, I have an idea. Get in touch with your authorities and get a case going against him. You've been robbed my friend. When you don't get what you paid for or a refund of that amount, you've been robbed. Its time to get the law involved. Same goes to the guy in Taiwan. Get together and get something going.

Its quite obvious that asking him nicely hasn't worked out to your advantage.
 
I've got to concur... start looking into legal action. Especially now that a few others have come forward to say they're in the same place - lends a lot more support to your case.
Anyone know about how to deal with international non-refund and non-delivery? I imagine you can pursue the case in both countries... maybe the FBI in the US?

$70K is definitely enough to hire a lawyer over, $750-$2000 maybe maybe not - those guys are expensive! Depends if you can get back the lawyer fees. Might be worth going in for a consult, though.

I do not want to see more people been defraud like us.

DON'T do business with ALEX HUE if you are want to import animals from America.
If you are a foreign buyer from Asia, Europe or other palce of the world. BEWARE OF ALEX HUE. Remember our bad experience, or you are be the next victim.

David, in chat, had confronted me over the issue. He had apparently taken my quoting his post to mean that I was directing it at him. I was clarifying the issue as it was not directed at him.
