    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Has Alex supplied you or someone you know with geckos that have/had crypto? This scares the hell out of me.
I puchased a leopard gecko and a trio of viper geckos from him(through his website) in November. They are all doing very well, but I know that leos can have crypto for a while before they show any signs.
Would you please elaborate on your comment about "crypto-free" geckos.

the thing il say is,

he send me about 8 geckos 3 died pretty fast ( read within 4 weeks ) another one died a bid later ( i kept that one alive longer due to forcefeeding..
i gave away the other 3 coz i didnt wanna take anny risks ( gave em away to non breeders )

i have not tested them so i can not say if it was crypto or not but it sure looked like it to me coz the penciltailed and just died. i even threated 2 of them with flagile and panacure ( doctors perscription in right doses as i have done all my geckos and no others have die from that perscription even on that size )

when i got the geckos they where 4- 6 grams !! imagine somewon sending geckos weighing 4-6 grams oversees to europe ( wich takes at least 3 to 4 days sitting in a box for those litle ones )

so it might verry wel have been stess but in my eyes i wil not ever buy from ppl that send baby's accros the world ...

then there is the following, alex hue tryed to tell me that geckos that are 2 to 3 months old can NEVER way 20 grams + ..... and that if i would vind anny breeder that hase geckos that weight that fast that he would buy them all , wel i have asked arround at multiple breeders and they all say 20 grams can be reached quite easely , ofc some geckos grow slowwer but never 4-6 gram weight when they are 3 months old ... i asked this from other breeders coz i thought that perhaps i was a free occurance since all my geckos ( give or take a few ) grow above the 20 grams range within 2 months.

so concluding

alex sends annimals far to small to europe ( annimal abuse )
alex annimals died within 4 weeks
alex says geckos never get 20 grams weight in 2 to 3 months
alex called me a layer
alex took my monney ( 750 Dollars )
alex intimidated me
alex cursed at me
alex ignores me
and so on ( i can think of a few more )

if you want good annimals that are realy healthy there are multiple breeders that have such annimals ofc you pay more then you would from a wholesale breeder but you get quality in return wich is worth the extra monney.

currently i have sitting 300 to 400 i think that we are one of the bigger breeders in europe. the geckos are all tested or bred myself from eg to adult we clean 2ce a week and we use bleach / amoniya / meddical alcohol to clean our hands every 4 tubs so that we never have to be avraid of a crypto pandamic , i do not buy annimals from other breeders exept the one i work together with hence i know for sure what i get. the annimals of alex i put in a diverent room but i can honnestly say i have not seen geckos die that fast ...ever... that is why i have cancelled my 2cond order with alex and why i wanted my monney back.. i didnt even ask for a refund of sayd lost annimals oh this is what he sayd after i cancelled the order >>>>>>>>>>>

Shipping a 4-6 gram gecko over seas does not sound like a good idea. my smallest leo hatched out at 3.3 grams and every one of my hatchlings so far this year has reached 5 grams or more within 10 days. so... it sounds like those geckos you got spent half their poor lives traveling to you.
I'm very sorry to hear about all of your troubles as well as the problems everyone else has had. I hope in some way it works out for all of you.

Hi Everyone, my first post on Fauna. The cage deal that the Yusuke Murai from Japan is true. They ordered a large number of rodent racks from us and was going through Alex to pay us. They sent Alex the funds (approx. $40,000) and when we were ready to ship, Alex could not be found. Our company had spent nearly two weeks getting this order ready. During this time, Alex ordered some frozen rodents from us for nearly $800.00. We still have not heard from him. I have sent many emails, phone calls, and mailings, with no reply.

The people from Japan that are out 10's of thousands of dollars are "good people" and did not deserve this. This is a lot of money and has hurt them. I wish them all the luck in getting their money back from Alex. I hope that they are able to pursue criminal action as well.

I think doing ANY business with ALEX HUE, at best, would be VERY RISKY. He clearly comes off as a typical CON MAN. There will ALWAYS be a reason, excuse, or you just simply can't get a hold of them. Good luck to all of you who have been duped buy ALEX.

Well I bought 2 Pastel females earlier this year from Alex, I saw the pictures they were EXTREMELY bright yellow. Alex worked with me on holding the snakes until I had funds. When they arrived they were the same snake, but barely any yellow on them they are very brown for pastels. I still posted him positive feedback, because he gave me a great price, a free pair of het albinos, and a 100% het pied for less then the price of the 2 girls on the site, so I saved several hundred and got free snakes to boot. I was however upset about the Color change, but being the general nice person I am I let it slip, they are still good looking pastels, just not as yelllow as in the pics on his site. All in all I got my monies worth and I am happy with my purchase, but The color change did upset me briefly. He was a good guy to deal with, and i'm over the color difference. So take it for whats its worth, in the end I am happy, just not as happy as I thought I was gunna be. Had I known he did this often i probably wouldnt have posted him good feedback.

That about sums it up.

Given the current state of affairs in general and the obviously photoshopped pictures, it's hard not to speculate about the genetics of the hets that were sold (or given away!?). Not to say this is anything like TSE part Deux, but there are some vague similarities. You gotta wonder at what rate his hets have been proving out lately. Especially among those he's exported. I hope you all end up getting some justice.
 
Yeah now that Ive read this thread I gotta wonder about my hets I recieved from him also....BUT I didnt need them anyways. I allready have a male Albino and 2 Male pieds.

I have known Alex for a long time. I consider him a good friend. I hope he can come here and explain this away, but it may be too much. I have been around for a while now, and I know that Alex is not like TSE aka Chris Johnson or any of that type. If all of this is true (after Brian Hahns post I believe it is) I believe that Alex must have been facing a situation that made him do something stupid, and it snowballed.
Alex has many friends and acquaintances who are known and trusted by the herp. community, I think they may concur that this info. is very shocking to them as well.


I hope that he can take care of this.:(

I know I fall under the shocked friend category. My husband has been friends with Alex for about 5+ years and I've known Alex for a couple of years now. About a 1.5 years ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Alex and Heather in person for the first time at his home and was given a tour. The place was spotless and Alex opened up just about every tub for me to take a peek. All animals were beautiful and healthy looking.

My husband and I have not talked to directly with Alex since before this thread was started. I personally have not talked to him in almost two months. I did send Alex a text message when this thread started and I received a text back the next day, telling me about his mother.

I thought at one point that I saw Alex post here before, but I can not find his username anywhere, does anyone know what it is or if he is indeed a member?

There is nothing to make right

If just half of these accusations are true, the money is long gone.. I see no reason why Alex should come here. The similarities are not a coincidence when monies have not been returned, emails not being returned, and finally Alex not returning... These accumulations of monies owed did not start yesterday !

One gets the feeling that once word gets around, his business days are almost over, I say almost, because the only recourse is litigation.. We know how far that gets !
