That think it's a clique... well, if you conduct good business in this hobby you have nothing to fear about fauna.
If you DON'T do good business, then you stay away so less people know about your poor business practices!
If you are a scammer, bad guy etc then you post and OR just say negative things about fauna because you don't like the way fauna can make people accountable for their actions.
If you are a good guy doing good business, then you get exposure for your good doings which will benefit you.
You develop a good reputation (If you didn't already have one) and expose yourself and business (If you have one) to more potential customers!
