    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i have proven out throught breeding that bruce eisenmann's het pieds are junk. i dont think that anyone is surprised by this statement. my main reason for typing this is to see if anyone has had anyluck getting their money back. i am in the process of getting a case together for a lawyer who is willing to take him to court. it is my hope that if we can put the screws to him he will be more willing to repay us the money he owes us. if you have been scamed by him please post a reply and let me know what you have tried to do to get your money back. if i have to i would be willing to get a class action suit together against him. the more people we have the better chance we have of getting alll our money back. i bought my animals back in late 03 and have documents of several breeding attemps and no pieds to date. please help and join in the fight to get our hard earned money back.

But did you ask them for one?

It just irks me that he got away with this stuff.
Of course at the time I was oh so wrong because "no one anywhere" got burnt.

Did you buy it from CRE? or did you buy it from his dead father?


Sort of like the high end herps thread that is going on right now. "no one anywhere" is getting burnt.

It just really irks me that these fools get away with this. and they used your money to buy themselves a visual morph.
 
What kills me is the fact that he's still in business! He's still screwing people left and right out there. When I bring up his name at shows, it's almost like people dont want to touch the subject, as if they're afraid of him or something. I've seen so many people talk the talk on the net, but know has walked the walk yet and actually act upon what they have spoken. This guy is a CRIMINAL!!!!!!!!!!!!! He kills animals every day,.....basically steals people's hard earned money,.............and no one has taken him down yet. From what I understand by a guy that still hangs around at that place, a while back, he made his mother cash in her 401k plan in order to stay open. That was the only part that kinda put a smile on my face,...knowing that he was going under unless he pulled a rabbit out of his hat. I feel bad for his mother though.

I wouldn't feel too bad for his mother. If my memory serves correct, it was his mother who helped hide him after he was nailed on torturing those tigers in Florida.

fake het pieds

i bought the het pied girls from an ad on kingsnake. which pisses me off a little because they didnt pull his ads and let him get away with scaming more people after i got scamed. the funny thing is that i talked to bruce eisenmann on the phone and made the pruchase from HCE reptiles. not knowing at the time what hce( dead fathers initials) stood for. since then they have opperated under several company names. when i got the animals there was a reciept with all the micro chip numbers and price and stuff. the funny thing was that the reciept was signed by harry eisenmann not bruce. i was a little concerned so i took the animals to a vet that had a chip reader. all the snakes chips matched the reciept so i rested easy. in fact i then resold some of the animals to a friend of mine. he is the one that bred most of them to a pied male and proved them to not be hets. he has since gotten back to me and i have refunded him 5600$ it took a littel bit to get him the money but i have made good with him. now i am trying to get my money back from the scammer himself. i have called and spoke with him and emailed him clutch proof. he acted as if he would fix the problem but then he dropped of the face of the earth. he wont take calls anymore and has instucted his staff to to take messages. now i am ready to play hardball and get my money back. if i dont get it at least i am going to try everything i can. not sure what else to sat btu any help would be appreciated. i want to end this guys career as a scammer.

Joe, I have to say....unfortunately, I really wish you could find a way to get a refund, but I just don't see it ever happening. This guy has been scamming people for so long, he should have been able to retire to his own small island somewhere by now, but he just keeps on ripping folks off. I suppose career criminal is the only thing he knows how to do, but unfortunately, people to this day keep falling for it. I've been burned on "fake hets" myself (TSE).....so I know how you feel.

It's great to see that you were honest enough to make good on the animals that you resold, it seems there are too many folks that wouldn't have done so. Honesty and integrity are indeed priceless.

good luck, i saw his shop a few months ago and it only had a few animals the cages andhad not been cleaned for a while. it looked like they were going out of business.

The world should be so lucky. In a perfect world, he loses his crappy store, gets thrown in jail for all the times he's screwed people out of money, and his prison cell does not have a toilet,.............and he has to lay in his own filth like every animal that he's ever had at that store. Then, on top of that, they never feed or give him any water......so,....................he can be hungry and thirsty all while laying in his own fecies. Yup, I think that's the way it should be. Heck,......about the only think that would make it better, is to have Michael Vick be his cell mate. Yea, that's the ticket,....two people that hurt animals very badly together for life. Whatcha think? I like it.

..Ok, I know the Vick thing was a lil' bit off of subject, but hey, I was on a role! hahahaha

Wasn't it Carolina Reptile Exchange a couple years ago that shipped a venomoid king cobra to someone on ks who ordered an intact animal? I'm not sure,but I think I remember it being them and a lawsuit was required that time too-never did hear the outcome, and my apologies if it was a different seller.

Actually Ryan, you have it backwards. brucie sent his customer an intact hannah when the customer ordered a butchered 'void. brucie must have been out of plasticine that week...

Maybe the customer you're mentioning is the other end of what I'm talking about-the incident I'm talking about was definitely a venomoid, it still had stitches in the cheeks and ended up dying within a few days or weeks. Looks like either opposite ends of the transaction or a different seller altogether.
 
With all of you guys who have been screwed by CRE, have you tried putting all of your evidence together and produce it to the FBI? If i'm not mistaken, him selling fake hets is considered a form of fraud. Then him shipping it across state lines makes it Federal (or fraud in general is Federal). You guys have a serious case against Bruce. Civil courts most likely won't do squat for you, but cost you guys more money. Just because you guys win, doesn't mean he'll pay.

One of you complaining to the FBI about him probably won't move a hair, but if there are 50 or 100 of you who have been screwed if not a lot more and complain to the FBI... I think you guys can really get something moving then. Taking this guy to civil court only means he gets to keep on screwing people over. Time to try and get him taken to Federal Court, because putting Bruce behind bars is the solution.
 
Drenton...it's a great idea you have there, but have you ever read through the "Top Shelf Exotics" thread? You make it sound so simple, whereas in reality, the FBI could care less about fake hets. The best option was to contact law enforcement local to TSE, and even then we had to fight like hell to get anything done. What got them to moving was the fact that besides selling fake hets, TSE also took a bunch of people's money and sent them NOTHING.

That, and apparently to get a group of people together, in the numbers you mention, is next to impossible.....even when they all are mad as hell about being ripped off. Take a read through the TSE thread sometime when you have a few hours to kill, and you'll understand.

While I would love to see Brucie behind bars, I think what will finally get him is simple karma.....well, that and finally pissing off the wrong person.
 
if you guys are planning on sueing him you need to do it, if he owns the store/ property and vehichles or something you may have a shot at getting what is yours but if he closes the store and the bank forcloses and he gets rid of all stock your going to spend alot of money for nothing. Someone who is self employed youll need to go after their property to get whats yours becasue they can hide the cash flow from you and this being a civil issue there is no threat of jail time. Maybe he owns a house and what not but id bet its all still in the dead fathers name. From what I have been reading about this shit bag for years you have an uphill battle ahead, keep that in mind. Id find out if there is property you can go after if so get it done before he loses it. Best of luck
 
Well, as far as what he owns and doesnt own...........The house he lives in is owned by his 86(or how ever old she is.) year old mother. In fact, I believe the store was in her name as well. And you're right, even if CRE is closed, he'll be back. I need to keep my eye open for him to show up some where down here. He's not exactly some one that fits into a crowd easily. I mean, he's like 600lbs, probably about 6'3'', and smells like a barn full of cows. Maybe what I should do, is follow the trail of flies that follow him......yea, that's how I'll do it! LOL.
