    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i know some turtles will come when called. what about beardies? i know you have to give them a reward for doing the right thing, but how really could i do this? i have sort of trained dogs and really don't know how they teach "come".

i will either have him come when called or when he heres a click.

Theoretically it is possible, but i wouldn't bet on being able to do it. I know mine come running when they see a superworm in my hand, so you could use that as a reward. Good luck, let us know what happens.

well, i am not getting him until summer. but, turtles i know can be trained to come when called, so i was thinking how to go about doing the same for a beardie.

I have raised several adults and produced hundreds of babies and the only time they will come running is when food is offered. Good Luck!

Mine has learned to come over to mewhen he hears me say "Come to mommy" He also runs over to my husband if I tell him to. It took awhile for me to get him to do this. I pretty mcuh said it anytime he started walking towards me and he eventualy caught on.

i think i will hold up a superworm, when he come and takes it, i will click with a clicker. soon, every time i click he should come to me to get a superworm.
