    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Hey there, I'm Janine and I'm a lifelong animal and reptile lover. Had lots of wild finds as a kid. Thankfully my mom was nice enough to put up with them. I currently have a Schnauzer mix rescue and tend to rescue and rehome dogs once in awhile. My folks live in the DFW area and I'm up there once a month to visit.
I've been a docent at our local zoo, Cameron Park Zoo, for over 3 years. We have access to some great reptiles in our education collection. Have recently gotten a leopard gecko and think I will be getting more...Doing lots of research so I am uber prepared. Very pumped to find this forum to mix and mingle with experienced herp folks as well as herp fans. Chao!
 
Welcome aboard neighbor! You'll like it here, there's lots of interesting forums & great info' on anything you can think of. Good luck with your leopard gecko & if your like the rest of us, it won't be your last reptile.
