This thread is morphing far beyond the original issue...but I want to say something on this issue:
</span><table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tr><td>
Quote (Darin Chappell @ Aug. 20 2002)</td></tr><tr><td id="QUOTE"> If my asking Heather to post the emails she got from Mike upset him or her . . . I'm sorry, but that's what the BOI is for. I don't know Heather, and she was saying that Mike was wanting to ship in a way that illegal. To me, the burden was upon her to offer the proof of that allegation when she made it. She declined to make those emails available, and I did not make any judgments about Mike because of that decision.

I wasn't upset by your comment, Darin, I just was explaining my POV on email privacy--I tend to think of email being *private* in my everyday dealings with people.
However, you pointed out that I held the burden of proof of my statements, which really opened my eyes...so is it appropriate that the next time I make a statement about someone, I back it up with direct email quotes?
Thanks for clueing me in.
And Ritchie, I agree with you here:

There are guys out there like Jesse Underhill etc etc etc who just want to take your money and scam you.</td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'>
Hey Mike, peace?
