• Responding to email notices you receive.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Ok, i bought a female that has been impregnated ( under weight) this would be her third lay of eggs, it has been more then 3 weeks and it is starting to look like almost a high- lighter yellow where the eggs would be at, and it is about the size of a dime ( the spot) it is on her under side obviously... I am thinking about takeing her to one my of my friends he is very knowledge able about leos and he may be able to tell me what is going on.. I dont think that i can really aford takeing her to a vet right now....
I have tryed to explain this to you as good as i can if you could help me it would be much apriciated! If you need more in depth i will try to explain more....

I think she may be close to laying!! I would just let her be for the next few days & just check the cage for eggs once a day.
I have 3 females right now, and I'm wanting to check the box every 15 mins to see what's goin' on.
So maybe I'll give the same advice I give myself; "be patient"
Don't take that the wrong way, believe me I know this type of thing is NERVE RACKING!!!

The most important thing is to make sure she has an appropriate place to lay her eggs. If you don't already have a moist hide box, you can easily make on using a Cool-Whip or other plastic container with a hole cut either in the top or upper side so she can get in and out. Put about 1-2 inches of moist (not wet) vermiculite, potting soil (without fertilizer), or peat moss in the bottom, and put her in it so she will know it's there. Then, it's a waiting game! Just like grege said... be patient.
