    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Pregnant! We are expecting around August 18th(ish). We already know the sex, and Marishka (my 5 year old daughter) is excited and keeps asking me how the baby is doing.

For those that have me on Facebook, PLEASE do NOT say anything on there as we are not saying anything on Facebook about the pregnancy until some time passes after a family tragedy that happened to my side of the family this month. We will announce it on Facebook probably within a month or so... So I beg you PLEASE do NOT say anything on Facebook if we have each other on there!

That being said, I go back to the doctor on the 2nd of April, and will have ultrasound pictures, and you may possibly find out what the sex of the baby is... ;) If I decide to let everyone know then that will be the day you find out. If not then I guess you will find out after August 18th. :laugh: So far according to my Midwife (and the first ultrasound at the hospital...which is how we found out we were expecting...I had an emergency and had to go to the hospital), the baby is 6 inches, and 7oz, and very healthy.

I have been craving Hot and Spicy things...(started about a week ago). I liked spicy things before, but now I want the heat and the spice. Go figure...:)

Marishka has already been asking me to feel my belly to feel the baby, and has been trying to help me out more and more. She's excited to have a new baby in the house...though we asked her if she was ready for the baby, or did she want a ham sandwich, and she said she'd rather have the ham sandwich. :rofl: (Such her daddy's daughter there...)

I am still going to keep all the animals (including the new teacup chihuahua puppy we got in Feb...), but it's hard taking care of all of them, plus thinking about having another little one. So no more animals for me for quite some time.

I will keep y'all updated as things progress. But we are startled and happy to be having another little bundle of joy come into the house.

Thanks so much. I just wish the little darling would stay off my sciatic nerve. It's causing me so many problems, and hurts so bad. :(
 
Great, thanks Nick...Now I have even more to worry about! ;)

I am getting so anxious for the appointment next Tuesday. I can feel the little one move, and so can my daughter. She loves feeling my belly and I love seeing her eyes get all big when the baby actually moves. It's so cute!
 
Went and had my ultrasound today! The baby is about a pound in weight, and didn't want to have his picture taken, so they got what they could today, and I go back next week for another ultrasound.

We did get a couple pictures, but I chose one that showed the baby the best.

We already have names picked out...and No, I'm not telling you guys the gender yet. :D

Brandi when my wife was pregnant we went to this place & got a 3D ultrasound. I just thought I would mention it in case you never heard of it or something. I dont believe it serves any additional medical purpose's but remember thinking it was really cool to see & I love having the video & pictures as a keep sake. It made for an exciting day, if you get a chance check it out & see if it's something you would might like to do maybe. Congrats again!
 
Yeah I've heard of the 3d ultrasounds, but I don't believe that my insurance covers it. I will find out though. I just know that the kiddo didn't want to pay attention to anyone or anything this afternoon. lol But the minute that we got home it was all active...Little snot. lol

I have other pictures, but decided that that one was the best one that showed the little one! :D

Yea, I dont think ours did either but I think it cost us a little over $100 for some package or something. We kind of made a day out of it because our ultrasounds from the hospital didn't come out well at all except for 1 of the wrong end. I found the photos of the 3d & posted 2 so you can kind of see how they look. They actually look A LOT more scary & freaky now then I remember lol

We went again today for another ultrasound...

The other images weren't that good as the baby kept moving all over the place. But the baby is very healthy...at 1lb 1oz...YIKES! From everything I'm being told it's going to be a big baby. But at least the baby is healthy. I'm 21 weeks now, so it's flying by. :)
