I was this close to buying an animal from him good thing I have a moment to check this boi!! Thank you!! It has saved me time and money and a lot of aggravation!!

You're very welcome...and trust me, the amount of stress and aggrevation he has caused me over the last 2 days has been UNBELIEVABLE. I missed an entire day of class Thursday because I was trying to deal with this situation and was so upset on the way home I am lucky (and very thankful) I didn't wreck my car.

No surprise to me he won't post a comment here. He has no leg to stand on and the only thing he could possibly say is to admit this was intentional...and I don't he is capable of being professional and fessing up like that. I hope everyone reposts this on other forums and passes it along to other reptile people because the amount of stress I have been under I would not wish on anyone.

I just got home from work, I will post a photo of the shipping label this evening. Also, @Dennis...I thought I did post the photo of the snake and Frank's facebook in the first post....?

Yeah, this -- if you've got a shot of the snake he offered, and of the one he sent instead (or even a third one of the one he bought on FB), that would be fantastic and make him look all the worse.

Laura...Im sorry you had to deal with that...sounds like a mess...I also hope your bee finds its way into proper care at some point if not back in yours...and too look at the bright side...the male you have has been saved from him...I dont think this guy will last long in the business...people that are that big of crooks come in go all the time in this business...once again...sorry for all of this...it sucks to go through something like that...

YES a couple people on my facebook that are also friends with him (once he found out I was friends with him he blocked me) CONFIRMED THIS. He thought if he changes his name this whole thing will go away. DON'T THINK SO! Way too many people are onto him. He also has a personal facebook pages as well, Randy Gilkerson Jr. (Lancaster, OH) I hope people continue to keep track of his name changing.

And I hope everyone realizes that he knows EXACTLY what he did. I have seen disputes on this BOI before when people go back and forth defending their cases (and honestly sometimes as an outside reader it's difficult to tell who was actually at fault because both sides of the story seem true) but in this case he's not even saying anything because there's nothing he can say. He flat out scammed me. If he lived in the State of FL my attorney would be ALL OVER THIS. Fraud is flat out illegal....and this would be quite an easy case to win.

Doesn't it become a federal case when it crosses state lines and involves internet scamming? He might be in even hotter water if you do decide to pursue legal action.

I think it has to be over a certain dollar amount to pursue. The state I live in considers anything above 300 dollars.

yeah i just did a search on my facebook and he was a friend on there until i hit the little button to de-friend him.
his facebook address is still gilroc reptiles but the name is r and j reptiles.
