Well tell me, are you just too visually challenged to see my name in the NAME field in my profile to the left of my posts, or is there some other cerebral deficiency at work that prevents you from understanding what I meant in my statement to the person who started this thread?

My intent was to try to verify that a REAL NAME was provided in the profile field, for those who seem unable to determine that on their own.

A whole lot to be honest. Its amazing how one guy can cause so much crap and seemingly get away with it. If I posted it, it would all be hearsay until the people it happened to posted it.


Here's a couple email exchanges I've had with him. The part where I asked him about daytona ended getting me a police report filed against me because he said he felt bodily harm would come to him if he went. He also filed that report two months after the show had ended.

Don Soderberg screwed me royally on a breeding project..I came up with a plan to come up with a new morph. Sent him a pair of snakes to breed to him animals and was told many times through emails etc. there were eggs hatchling etc.. all I got were my snakes back and no explanation as to what happened to the babies..His official explanation..he made a mistake there were no babies. I have emails from him praising me thenlater coming unglued on me and calling me all sorts of crap when I asked about my snakes..now he is bashing me!! lol!!

Brent and David conspired to go after my projects, reputation everything..totally unprovoked as always I have emails showing this stuff.. david is my 1st cousin and after years of helping him build his collection he turn his back on me because of the oppurtunity to team up with brent to make a fortune..LOL that failed due to bad timming and a hurricane..and some help from a lawyer.

BHB mad because I sold the Toffee's so cheap and didn't let him buy all of them so he can corner the market with another hog morph.I also sold 20k worth of stuff for him and was promised a commission and never got even a thank you...lol

Remember Dan Eby..he promised me the entire clutch of reds he been posting and the ones he sent to Cochran, Vince etc.. I prepaid him a deposit for that clutch and received a female that was in horrible shape as part of the deal..have emails etc..proving this and I never got one snake from that clutch I waited a year on..he gave and sold the snakes to others etc..but it is nice to see them being posted by everyoneand I get nothing..but he got my tiger albino male an easy 800-1000 animal..BTW it was never sold to him as a visual red animal..if you'd like to see the emails I still have them saved..you see I keep very good records on everything because of this high school style shit that goes on time and time again..if you want to question my honesty..then read the emails..then I think you'll be questioning the honesty of the majority of the people who are mad at me...

I can also assure with the people I have made mad at me(my competition)I have made 100X that number happy. I sell out the majority of my stuff in 4-6 months. There's 2 sides to this argument, that's why I have been asked to write a book, should have something in Reptile mag toward the end of the year and appeared on reptile radio. I have also been asked to give presentation at local herp clubs and shows etc..So obviously charles there are much much more happy with the way I do business and who see things my way then not..

Also another point, my website logs in all the IP's that visit my site and which pages..one day I should post all the people who frequent my caresheet..it is so funny that there the same people above and the same very people who are bashing me on the forums etc.....now that is the ultimate last laugh isn't it...

I just hope that the OP finds some how to post all of the pertinent information and is still within the BOI rules so we can see this all unfold. I will say that I have heard A LOT of things about Justin's business dealings and have yet to hear anything positive. I'm sure that there are a few people out there that he has done well by. I mean even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while. Lol

I have had the displeasure of dealing with Justin Mitcham once, and it was not a good transaction. I do not want to give up the details just yet because I am sure everyone wants emails and proof as they should, and I am not home to provide this info. I know he is very quick to threaten with lawsuits of defamation of character and such, but don’t you think he should be stopped? in the end, justin changed the terms of the agreement and said the only way he will release the animals to jerry is if jerry flew from taiwan to florida to pick them up in person. justin said he will not release the animals to anybody but jerry.

this was near the end of our communications with justin due to hiring the collection agency.

i don't have a single email where he confirms the balance of 13,500 other than the one above. i have one or two emails confirming that he's received small pieces of that 13,500 here and there, but that's not complete so i hesitate to post it.

in the below emails i will post the emails i have about the whole back and forth situation, but jerry should have them all and i will work with him tonight so we can post the right ones.

Your constant threats have pissed me off for the last time..

I have decided to cancel the shipment , I will deal with the collection agency or your representative.
The animals will be held until the court resolves the situation.
Your threat now gives me no option but to settle this matter in court.

Jerry i use to be a debt collector for years so I know the law VERY well..

I am now informng you officially that since you are collecting a debt that you must abide by US laws governing debt collection practices. be very very careful what you say or do..the laws here in the US are very strict.

at this point jerry would rather be refunded. the animals are at least 5-6 months old by now i think. how do animals depreciate as they age?
