    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just couldn't wait any longer!!

I decided to cut clutch #1 tonight (day 53). I got 8 eggs from a normal female that was bred to a pastel male and a mojave male and so far this one seems to be the pick of the clutch.

Today's my Day 53. You have no idea how bad I wanna cut. I feel like that's cheating though. Don't get me wrong, I've cut most of my clutches, but I just wanna see the actual slits they make on their own. Ah, who am I kiddin? I'm never gonna make it another week.
 
CUT THEM RYAN!!! lol I wanted to wait but my wife pressured me into cutting early.

I did. Like right after I posted that. Haha. Today is only Day 55, so they won't be out for a few days. But from what I can see, it looks like my female black back has proven out as simple recessive. 4 years in the making. Pretty cool. I can't wait to see them out of the eggs.

So far the sexes are 1.1 Mojave, 1.2 Normals and 3 that just don't want to leave their egg.

The male Mojave has a spot that kind of looks like a cross...just thought I would share.

Thanks!! I appreciate the kind words. I actually had someone reply to my ad and said that they were very ugly Mojaves :( Either way they are mine so I love them :D
 
No way are they ugly- sounds like a "sour grapes" kind of person. That female is very lovely & the male is a cute one as well. I have a Mojo myself- raised her since she was a hatchling so I've a very good idea how these will do.
