    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Well, she was alright with the turtle project 40+ aquatic breeders housed in a very sanitary enviroment best filters,food and cleaning they could ask for and large 200-300gallon tanks. I have been out of the snake scene for 7 or 8 years after a complication removing eggs from a large burmese left me hurt for a while. I told her a few weeks back I wanted to start breeding snakes again. Only been dating for 6 months. Exact words said to me were if I start breeding snakes she was gone. Fast forward to last week bought out two small local breeders who didnt have time or means anymore to care for large amounts of snakes. Once youve breed snakes that really just never leaves your blood its like drag racing in a way. That fire stays lit, may go dim but never leaves. Well single again, have more free time to starting my breeding projects : )

The ex dater should not expect you to deny what you love to do. Fortunately she left without a big scene, right?

No big scene, she happily left even though she was seriously confused. She did apologize for trying to change me. Wished me the best and said she hopes I find someone who likes snakes. People often think they can trap others in a relationship and change them. In reallity whenever you start pressuring a person not participate in the things they love, you start killing a piece of that person. In the end you have shattered dreams and hopes. Empty feelings inside and a big what if. If you have the means to do something you love and the knowlege and ability and its legal then by all means do it.
