    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I thought I would put up a pic of me in uniform. I'm on the right. I posted the second pic before but just wanted to show again what I now look like with facial hair. lol. I'm going to be 28 this month. So where do I fall in the old man / young man debate? :rolleyes:

In defense of the "green bananas," that's what people want... Nobody buys yellow bananas because they're worried they're going to go bad before you can get full use out of them. If you're lucky, you can use them properly for a day or two, but after a week, forget it. When you go back for more, you're not going to make that mistake again.

How come you never see "banana jelly"? No preservatives in the world can keep "it" fresh. :) Although I did see a petrified banana once, at a weird mummy shop.........

But the facts remain the same...Green rules and yellow drools :)

You see, the problem with "green bananas" is that you have to wait for them to "ripen".... I don't want to have to wait. It can take quite a long time for a "green banana" to get ripe...just perfect!!...The "Yellow Bananas" you KNOW what you are going to get and it is going to be GOOD!!! The same thing EVERYTIME. Yellow will never let you down...:raspberry

Hello All,
This sure beats the heck out of the BOI ! Good to see some of you folks here, literally and figuratively. Tyler at BlueBeast told me to give this thread a look, and I tip my hat to all, especially those of you serving. I did my Airborne years long ago, and am too old now for them to take me back. Anyway, here's a picture. I'm 51 in a couple of weeks, and have four children and two grandchildren. Still think like a teenager though!

You bet it was for you hottie.............and Jim...........you're pretty fine yourself, however, I never step into another ladies territory....Nice break from the BOI huh?? Keep up the chameleon work and going after the bad guys!!

Jim, I want to thank you for serving too and let me tell you, I have had my butt in the wind more times than I want to remember but due to bad knees, those days are over. Here is a pic of me on patrol in Kandahar, Afghanistan.

I travel a lot Laura so don't be surprised if a lonely soldier knocks on your door one night to see your "reptiles"! LOL....

Hope you guys have a great weekend as I am headed back into the sand for a week. And I thought being here in Dc would keep away from this crap! Yeah, right!
 
Thanks Ron. Got an ex Airborne Ranger up the road, who was part of that first jump into Afghanistan, and is going stir-crazy on the outside now. I have so much respect for what you are doing. And Laura, this old man thanks you for the kind words ... LOL ... always appreciated !
