    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i want to breed something. i dont know what

I have been into reptiles for 4 years now and im REALLY into it. I want to breed some ball pythons but my mom has a freaky bad scare/phobia of snakes. so my next step is crested and leopards and bearded. I plan to breed my juvi beardeds in the near future. I have kept crested geckos before but got rid of them once I changed my interests into boas. so now I really want to breed reptiles. ive been reading into it for about 6-10 months now. I am wondering which is easier. leopards or crested. I really like both of them and would enjoy it greatly to own them. if you do have a suggestions can you please leave some basic morphs that I wont have trouble finding new homes for.

both are over bred and super easy to breed, hence why so many are out there and beginners pets. what you need to realize is that if you dont end up selling your cresteds you sell then you are stuck with them. and from what i am assuming since you live with your mom your still a younger teen. dont breed. no offense to you but alot of people here and elsewhere are very leery when it comes to buying pets from teenagers. your asking for trouble down the road. wait a while. get a little wiser. pick a animal thats more worth breeding

You've been researching this for almost a year and you don't know any "basic morphs"?

I agree, you have to look into more things than your own wants before breeding animals. Especially the more common animals that so often become "throwaway pets".

go to a animal shelter and what do you end up seeing more in the lizard section? iguanas because they start off small and grow to monsters and a select few can keep them, and bearded dragons and cresteds. why? because they breed like rabbits and are easy and VERY plentiful to keep. agreeing with addie, you should know by now some morphs of either species. some get higher prices then others but there also still very hard to sell since everyone has there own. keep your lizards as pets or display pets. dont breed.
