Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I ordered roaches and they came very quickly, not a single dead one in the box at all. They were packed very well, and Ian was great to work with. Great communication and very prompt with responses considering all the customers I am sure he has.

absolutely perfect customer service and I will DEFINITELY be ordering again!

I've ordered from Ian also & I was pleased with the shipment. It was prompt and all were in great shape. He is very good about answering his emails quickly.
 
Ordered a second batch of Discoid's from Ian , and I am absolutley pleased with the packaging , the price and the overall health of the roaches . He was quick to answer any question I had , even the dumb ones lol. I will be doing all my roach purchases through Ian. Thanks bunches :)
