    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'm incubating at 85 this year, to get a little bit of a mix, for the first time. Earlier I had a clutch hatch out at 45 days, I'm now at 46 days on this next clutch. However someone had mentioned in here, (can't find the thread) they were hatching them out at a constant 42 days at 85 degrees. At what point should I start worrying.

I wouldn't start to worry until about 55 days or so, but, I have never incubated at 85. I know 46 days isn't too long of a wait though

i wouldnt bother worrying till you see problems. like smelly or gross eggs. i think the time for incubation is dependent on too many factors to compare them to someone elses exp. with different leos. thats just me, otherwise id be stressin over my incubater right now, (have 4 eggs that shouldve hatched before my last two albinos did).

We're incubating all ours at around 83-84, and I don't know if any two clutches have hatched in the same time frame lol! Some hatched at 45 days, some hatched at 50. Agreed with Vinny, don't worry until they actually look like they're going bad or moldy.
