Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. A very good narrative about snakebite in India, lack of antivenin production, and need for new antivenins for specific species. Description of the co-op making antivenins and the restrictive regulations are most interesting.
