I have never owned an orange hypo, but they are awesome. Save as many as you can and we will definately put something together in the spring.



I also forgot, here are the details of the agreement:


Buying 0.1 CB 2200 + gram Orange Ghost. Total purchase price of $5,000. $1500 down payable on 12-10-05 through Paypal to [email protected] . Balance of $3500 due within 14 days of the intitial deposit on 12-10-05 bringing the paid in full date to Christmas Eve =).

As I said it will probably be $900 from Isaac's account and $600 from mine. Dont panic if it doesnt happen by noon. I am a man of my word and will make the full deposit tomorrow.

Can you tell me why my account has been suspended? If so why I didnt get any warnings or email for the reasons? thanks. I only noticed it when I tried to view the details of one of my pictures and it will not allow me to.

If it is in regard to the post I made of Eric White of ReptilesExotics on a post he made, then my post is 100% legitimate. The guy burned me and a friend and continues to sell animals that are misrepresented and no one will stop him. I have every bit of proof needed and the TOS says I can post other sites links as long as it pertains to the subject at hand, which it did and as long as it isnt continuous which it hasnt. For the benefit of the industry as a whole and unsuspecting buyers I feel it is my personal duty to assist others in not making bad choices instead of being censored for telling the truth. Censorship isnt a problem as long as the censorship is put in place based upon false claims. However in the event the statements that are being made are for the good of the community, then how do you justify censoring??

Your attention to this would be greatly appreciated and I have been a contributing memeber for quite some time unlike alot of the other players in the field. Also if a complaint was logged for the post I made and/or several, then I do have a right to know that as well as long as it isnt the offended.

For those that don't know its one of the most unique balls in the industry. It looks like a yellow ghost, but actually it's a NERD line Orange Hypo and is the only one of its kind.

So lets be hypothetical, my account is terminated, and if I try and circumvent it, it will be terminated? The issue at hand is that regardless of the TOS, its censorship and Kinsnake as a whole being the mother of reptile sales will allow fraudulent sales to go on as long as they are not personally being ripped off and protect themsleves by writing up the TOS for legal reasons as opposed to any and all moral obligations. So in a nutshell if I signed a waiver (TOS) and I knew someone was going to slash your tires and who the offender was, I couldnt tell you? In alot of states that is illegal to not step into action based upon a moral duty.

I have contacted the [email protected] and have stated my claim. I figured as much, which was the reason I posted an email to them in length.

Certainly this email is not to be a tool, but just some self explanatory reasoning behind my actions and what I feel was a moral obligation to many of the people I have come to call friends here.

Guys, been down that road already. I was banned for exposing a scammer. After the review, Ginger lifted the banning. I knowingly violated their TOS and accepted it. But it still left a bad taste in my mouth. At least you can out the bad guys here.
