    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I don't see where you get the conspiricy(sp?) theory from Bobby? If there are statements and facts, is it not ok to spread the word? I don't think that Brock was trying to ruffle any feathers here but you did come after him with a hard on for him. I would like to see Kevin come foreward and say his side. If this story is all B.S., then post on it, by not telling the whole truth, it makes everyone involved look like they are fibbing.

Just my take on the situation.

all this bickering is complete and utter bull...seriously, I would trust the people in question well before I would trust the "back and forth" bickering going on here...

i was told to come here to research buying my snake.....fell into reading this post.....i have no idea who the big guys are, but i have to tell you, after reading this....i would not buy from anyone bickering here, this is sick....

i DO notice that not one person mentioned in these alligations (nerd, nigel, gail....anyone else)...has not responded here......hint hint

How did I miss Kevin's post there? My appologies. If we don't have proof of any krypter-chronic-killer-like in the water, its all hear say, but then again, this wouldn't be the first time someone forgot about a problem they had in their collection in the past would it?

Not everyone is interested in participating in what can happen here on the BOI (just look at some of the posts on this thread alone). It is my understanding that his alternative solution to posting on the BOI was to post on his web site with his available documentation.

My interest in this thread has nothing to do with the crypto/mold accusations against NERD. I am interested in the allegations of Gail taking animals from the collection (whether NERD took the animals and sold them and if Gail in fact left them to starve to death - which I find hard to believe anyone letting an animal starve) which was not her right per the divorce decree that he has posted on his web site.

Continuing to bicker and accuse parties of other motives isn't going to get this thread anywhere but too many pages of BS. As far as I'm concerned, this thread is at a stalemate until all of the legal documents are presented (either here or on Nigel's web site).

I pointed him to the thread and suggested he provide legal documentation of the accusations, that's all. The only reason I even posted that email is because of the complaints made that he's not participating. He had his reasons and that e-mail states them. I received that e-mail two days ago, if I was being "used" wouldn't I have posted it the day I got it?

In all honesty I understand why some people don't want to deal with the BOI. Look at this thread! Why do most of the major players of the reptile industry post here on a very, very limited basis (if at all)? No one can force another to post here. He is apparently using his own method (his web site) to state his grievances.

And if people like you would quit doing the dirty work of others, would quit letting themselves be USED as a conduit so that THEY, the ones with the information, can avoid questions, then we would all be better off.

You were used. It doesn't matter how long it took you to post what you had, he figured you would, maybe even knew you would, and that when you did his side would be out there without any exposure of himself.

Don't you ever think of these things?

Well that's fine and dandy that he is using his site, but he is also doing it so that he can avoid getting his rear raked for the false accusations he might have made. I say stop using other people and step up to the plate like a real man. With out proof of his so-called facts, his words mean nothing. JMHO

Oh and he did not need to be contacted, he has been here reading the whole time. It is not hard to take a peek-see at the bottom of the page. ;)

Regardless, he's evidently made his decision on the matter. No amount of name calling or continued bickering amongst ourselves is likely going to change that. So why continue? :shrug01: If he posts proof to support his allegation, well then there it is...If not, that it can be written off as a disgruntled ex seeking revenge...
 
As of June of 2007 the divorce and assets in said divorce were finalized - that means that all snakes were properly accounted for and where were they were supposed to be by order of the court. So for those of you that seem to think that there are stolen animals out there - there aren't - end of story.

Nigel is the kind of creep that would post his divorce papers on the internet for the sole purpose of further tormenting his ex-wife. Nigel never has cared about the snakes - he's not part of the industry, doesn't care what you people think about him - Gail is and he's loving that you bought into his BS and are dragging Kevin and Gail over the coals. End of story.

On a final note Nigel would have rather all the snakes be stuffed in a freezer then have been awarded to Gail - so be careful what beds you lie in.

No, I cannot agree, if he has no proof that he cares to share with us, I for one will be one of many that will always think his statement was more towards a lie. He might be disgruntled but he needs to back up his claims.

I agree. It could be considered a lie if he provides no proof to back up his accusations. It's not even remotely funny kind of situation and all sides should freely provide the documentation necessary to clear their names.

I got divorced long ago. I owned a retail reptile store at the time plus I had a private collection. I cleaned. I maintained. I bred. I sold. My ex did NOTHING that had anything to do with the animals.

In my divorce papers I was awarded custody/ownership of several animals that were at the home I had shared with my ex.

Care to guess who STILL, over ten years later, has my pancake tortoises? My cherry head redfoot? My adult suclattas? There were more, I NEVER got one friggin animal that the COURT said, in my DECREE, were mine because my wonderful ex wouldn't give them to me and had I gone on her property and taking them it would have been grand theft.

I'm pretty sure nigel is not telling the whole truth. I am pretty damn sure that you, as spokesperson for his ex, are also not telling the whole truth.

I have talked to both Bobby and Brock at different times and about different things on the phone (Brock probably won't remember since it was a while ago and I was inquiring about some of his snakes). I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from either in all honesty. My opinion is the courts will take care of the divorce stuff, we all know they can get messy and each side sees it differently. As far as the accusations about disease etc... there needs to be proof, those are serious allegations and they should be backed up some how at this point I see nothing not even people complaining about service from nerd let alone having sick dying animals.
