im not sure of any lab work he is curently doig. What i can tell you is hat picture he took of himself on page 36 of the forum is in a room that i built myself with another coworker. That room was used to house about 25 snakes. He may have turned it into a incubation room because before the partnership dissolved i builthim a 12x12 hurricane proof snake room complete with my design that he still uses. Helix thermostats, 41qbins, racks that I built and designed. So agaian im not sure what the deal with that is

haha i say that because im a former roofer and my buddy who helped me was a framer, so to say the least we built a nice snake room. we were only partnered for a few months before the partnership was dissolved by Chris. I would say that it has been about a month since he went on his own. Definitly well before this all started. The reason why i got involved is i dont want my name to be ruined by this because i did nothing.
As far as the work that i did goes, yea a received a payment from Chris that he estimaed i did for the two rooms i built and the rack systems. It wasnt nearly enough for the work and knowledge i did for him. I beilive that by being a good person good things will happen to ou. Im not going to defame Chris all i am doing is giving factual knowledge about the situation so everyone can fully understand how i was involved with this situation. Again one thing that wont be taken away from me is my passion for animals.

Andrew - what I don't understand is what the deal was behind this partnership - did you go into completely blind and he just said hey I want to do this will you build me racks and I'll cut you in - what was your cut? - was no real business plan discussed - if so what was it? Had your partnership already dissolved when he showed up with 200 WC normals? Where you at least curious as to what he was planning on doing with them?

Andrew I am a tad confused and maybe I missed it but who was questioning you? From what I read you came on here saying you were his partner. No one else questioned you or your knowledge. You keep saying what good guy you are (almost like you are trying to convince us). I'm just curious as to why you come on here throw some vague accusations and then defend Chris so to speak and then you overly defend yourself. I haven't really seen anyone attack you, question you yes. Why not just come on here state who you are and that you did help get Chris started but that is about it and leave it at that instead of continually defending yourself against phantoms attacks and proclaim your good guy status? To be honest it appears to me that you are stage 2 of damage control. If you are legit your actions will speak louder than your assuring everyone you are a good guy.

Well I have stayed out of this thread for about 30 pages, and as expected the majority that has basically occurred is a great deal more asinine comments, assumptions, and more questions on issues that are unrelated to the topic.

However since my old business partner Andrew Marinucci went on here and made certain commentary I felt it is necessary to make this one and final post. Andrew and I are both on good terms, and I didn’t mention him in the thread earlier out of respect for him. He had asked me to avoid mentioning him or involving him in any way with the business when we parted ways on 2/15/08 after we had a serious talk. I just got off the phone with Andrew and I think posting the audio file is necessary to clear up a few things.

He called me a ‘fraud’ in an earlier email to Tony when he was still ‘mad’ at me over a few issues we’ve talked about. Like all things there are two sides to every coin, and since he has been courteous enough not to get into depth as far as our reasons for parting I’ll leave all of the reasons for our parting ways out of it as well. As he said, Andrew was supposed to be responsible for all of the animal husbandry, care, and building of the rack systems. The racks in the downstairs room were completely built from scratch by myself, father, and cousin. We had over $5,000 in lumber based on his original model, which we retrofitted it all to work when we picked up where he left off.

For anyone that made commentary earlier, yes that is why I got in over head without being fully prepped in animal care, as I wasn’t expecting to have to do it at all. At this point though I’m taking care of it myself as a result of the circumstances.

A quick recap of this entire God awful thread:

On a side note, not that is terribly relevant, but I’ve had customers urinate in their water reservoir and call to blame us for their plants being ill. Some people are just out there, but that is not a reflection of my business practices.

9.) Despite personal attacks to me, my father, etc. I haven’t engaged anyone in a vulgar way, although on many occasions it is quite deserved. There have been a great deal of truly slanderous comments that are outright LIES made on this thread. There are also many ASSumptions posted that peoples opinions and have no FACTUAL data.

I don’t see the point to continue this thread, as no one is posting facts, but instead their opinions or comments. It has become some kind of daytime soap opera drama, and as many people told me in this industry, explaining yourself clearly with facts on the BOI forum is a waste of time. There are too many children on here with way too much time on their hands, and factual data is irrelevant to those who only want to hear one thing, he’s Guilty.

Anyone that runs across this thread will hopefully be able to sort through and see the FACTS. Since the purpose of the BOI is to show whether someone is a fraud or not, I think I’ve clearly shown that I am not.

Once again I throw this out there to anyone who wants to continue to comment on this thread:

Does anyone have proof I have stolen or defrauded a penny out of anyone?

Does anyone have proof that I had intention of doing so?

Does anyone have proof that I am this Chris Johnson guy or am associated with any scammer?

Of course I know the answer to all these is a clear cut NO, so I fail to see the relevance of the assumptions being made on this thread.

I am still completely open to answering any questions over the phone, in person, or via email. I am not running, hiding, or anything of the sort. I simply won’t engage in this childishness any further. Anyone that wants to meet me in person I will be at the Northern Berks show, and I’ll make it a point to make a friendly visit to anyone that has any concerns.

My father setup the helixes and myself, my cousin, and my father all helped wire and install the heat tape. It really is not that difficult, the heat tape was wired to standard 110v striped power cords and plugged into outlets associated with each labeled rack/helix based on keeping it under 500w per circuit.

I read up on how to build a quality breeding setup with heat tape, helixes, 41qt bins, aspen bedding, appropriate sized water bowls, etc. and that is how I set it up.

Yes I'm a newbie, but I did some reading on how to build the racks from the web.

Thank you for the compliment on the racks, and I have pictures of building them from scratch if you would like to see. If you want to see the links of how I learned to build them I can paste some hyperlinks.

Abish, Actually sending private emails and pictures to another party is done quite often on the BOI. Generally it is done so that the other party can verify that they exists, and either have, or don't have, relevance.

Actually the issue had more to do with who you got them from and why than if you had them.

Lets do a little math - 1 het pied 4 het albinos from joe plus 1 het pied 4 het albinos from Tom - and some from Ace reptiles that you swear you aren't selling due to them being questionable - yet your shopping cart has/had 4 het pieds and 9 het albinos - now my math aint that great can ya help me out?

I think Manucci is full of crap. He claims that all of Cassaci's WC BP'S are tick infested and dying of respiratory disease but yet he claims he was out of the partnership before the WC BP'S even arrived. He built a hurricane proof room inside of a non-hurricane proof warehouse. It should be the safest place if a hurricane ever hits Buffalo, NY, I guess. You wont have to worry about wind and flying debris smashing through the walls, although when the exterior building sides and roof collapses on that room everything inside it will most certainly be crushed to death.

Its just really getting too stupid at this point. So many inconsistencies and so many blatant exaggerations.
