    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I found this ad below though, if it is the same one it looks like one is paying $35,000 for a 'contact' which looks like it is only an opportunity to talk to someone who purportedly ships out of Africa.

Well I've finally decided to move on.

Too many businesses and too much to handle.

I'm selling off my entire collection of ball pythons/boas which includes: 100+ regular wc adult breeding females (previously gravids) 500+ regular ch babies 2 large tiger boas many ball python morphs (current list depends on when business is sold, as we are liquidating them right now).

Genuine African Contact:

This contact is really the meat and potatoes of the business. There are only 2 brothers that do legitimate shipping out of Africa for ball pythons. This includes CITIES, veterinary services, airline setup, etc. Everyone else you see listed on the web are all scam artists. This is the contact for the one brother. It cost over $25k just to get this guys contact info to setup our importing of gravids, ball python wild caught morphs, and babies (depending on the season). There are really only one or two companies that know the names/contact info for these brothers and do direct importing other than ourselves. We will walk you through the whole importation process and get you setup with our broker as well. Our contact sends frequent emails with pictures of wild caught morphs with unbelievable never before seen patters or some that are more familiar such as lavender albinos, wc cinnamons, pieds, etc.

We also get pictures and offers on gravid morphs such as ghosts, albinos, etc. when gravid season is in. Prices are always super cheap compared with anything stateside.

Examples of a few animal offers from Africa for cheap: Some we take, some we pass on, but there are nice opportunities and weird stuff, sometimes gravid

Huh, it still works for me....

And buyers get much more than a contact for their $35000. They also get that the business name - a name associated with imports, misrepresented animals, and an owner that jumped in solely to turn a quick profit; that spiffy website - complete with shopping cart; a bunch of imported adult females, a bunch of CH babies, a mixture of used supplies, and maybe even a few morphs (if they are still available, of course) :ack2:

I think he added one too many zero's in his asking price. $3500 might be more realistic for what he actually is offering.

$35,000 is a lot of money. I hope that any new reptile entrepreneur will stop by this site and do their research before thinking about such a purchase so they can be informed.
I can just see some youngster wanting to get into the snake biz thinking that this might be some kind of grand opportunity.
All that glitters isn't gold.

Nothing wrong with that....especially when you look at some the BS that occurred in a few his previous ads.
