    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Inquiring about Jon (Big Time Reptiles)

Jon(Big Time Reptiles) - VERY Satisfied Customer

I've purchased several female ball pythons from Jon. I couldn't be more satisfied. He went over and above (in my opinion) in customer service.

Firstly, he was local for me, so I had the opportunity to come and see the snakes prior to purchasing and also check out the conditions they were bred in. He spent a lot of time with me, didn't rush me and very patiently answered any questions I had.

On 2/3/07 I purchased an 800 gram normal ball female and a 1500 gram normal ball female. I never had a problem with the larger female but my smaller female never fed, despite all my efforts. I was in touch with Jon the whole time letting him know the status of what was going on. He answered all my inquiries promptly. I became concerned about the smaller female when she began losing a lot of weight.

Jon offered to trade her out for a comparable female. On 6/9/07 I traded out the fasting snake for one he guaranteed eating weighing 980 grams. He did follow up with me and gave me the option to swap again to the original animal I purchased once he got her feeding and gaining some weight.

After my original purchase on 2/3/07 I purchased a female spider ball on 2/16/07, and he threw in a bonus female normal unexpectedly.

In the end, all the snakes I got were happy, healthy, and are doing very well. Jon did right by me.

Hope this helps, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to purchase from him again.
