    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Going by Vickie's own post, her vet confirmed what Denise has been saying all along. Now you want proof? Didn't you learn anything from Chasity/Cathy/Borderdragons?
Denise's proof can easily be altered, besides, what in the world does she have to prove to you? If you're curious to know if AV is in all bearded dragons, then I suggest you wait for the experts because seeing proof of Denise's results isn't going to tell you squat.
But if you're asking for proof just because (for some weird reason) you can't accept that this is over, then you have issues and Denise's results aren't going to be able to help you anyway.
I thought this entire BOI or questioning of Denise was because no one could prove that there is a facility that can do the blood/swab PCR test? Ok, it's been proven...why are you still questioning her? If and when you become her customer then you may have that right, until then you or no one else does.

If you want to see paperwork so badly, go and have your own dragons tested and get your own paperwork.
I have not bought a dragon for three years now and have had no deaths of those I do have so I am told my chances may be pretty good, I am going to have them tested for peace of mine.
If anyone has dragon out there I encourage to have them tested. Be it from a child to an adult no person deserves buying an animal only to have it die or be put down.

As Sammy has already indicated your motivations are clear. You have a business relationship with Vickie which conveniently went undisclosed in this thread until Bobby outed you. So much for being an ethical business owner and "member" of the "bearded community".

Just because you haven’t seem them doesn’t mean they haven’t been seen or discussed with others.

At this point, I’m one hundred percent sure the only goal here is trying to discredit the results.

It was the goal from the start.

First, the test didn’t exist. Now the results aren’t what they are reported to be. If they were posted tomorrow, it would then be the tests are no good and have no meaning.

And They were made public. Denise told everyone what the results were. And unlike yours, her word is good enough for me and countless others.

I'm not the only one who believes that this test is probably the most accurate one available right now.

A lot has been made of the fact that I used a "blood" based test, and that is simply half the truth. The test I used, just so we're very clear, was blood + a cloacal swab, and for the uninitiated, the cloacal swab tests FECES. In short, it appears to be a very similar test as the one offered by the University of Florida, so I would expect the results to be as accurate as any, a bit more accurate than fecal EM.

Not to go against the grain here.....but after reading a few threads on this subject here at fauna and else where on the web, it would appear that people and their vets have contacted the testing facility only to get mixed answers, from what I've gathered...the testing facility has told people/vets in the past that they did not do blood tests for bearded dragons...only avian. But now they state to have been "outsourcing" or have a outside source to do the blood tests for bearded dragons.

It would also seem that even some of the current testing facilities people are using were also unaware that blood testing was/is available.

This would suggest to me that some confusion may have been in play. I don't think anyone mentioned in this thread is a "bad guy"...but it does seem that people were fueling the fire with what THEY perceived as true and accurate.

I don't really think a person can be faulted for their actions based on what they were under the assumption was true. I've been researching on my own for a little over 3-4 days now....and I must say that I haven't run across anything YET that pushes me one way or the other due to the lack of actual cold hard published facts, either its very outdated info or its info thats been passed on 2nd/ 3rd hand....I'm sure that I'm not the only one out there confused as heck :eek:

But then again....everyone needs to make their own semi-educated decisions based on the "facts" that are available.

Do you know how many wholesalers bring dragons in from the States? I have a very good clue! Seeing as I deal with a lot of Reptiles Distributors here in good ol Canada.

The difference here between Jim and "all of the other importers" as I see it, is that Jim is the only one that is here, and that we can see that he KNOWS he is importing infected dragons.....and continues to do so.

Ive had dragons from the States long before I even knew Rob and Vickie. So does most of Canada. What should we do about it? Ive already spoke to our vet. She is checking into testing for us.

Its between you and me right? You've made claims your Tegus don't have AV correct? I also have Tegus and have heard from my vet there is a good chance they have it too. Not the Agama strain but their own. If I find out they have it should I not breed them either?
Would you breed yours if they came back AV positive?

All the information is not out, and places to get tested here in the states is everywhere.
Jim has just stated he is talking to his vet to see where he can get testing done.

Emotions are high, perhaps we should just take a step back and a breather from all of this and worry about getting our own animals tested.
This is going no where and not doing any good, give it a rest, hopefully test results will start coming in and then we all will see more where this is going and what should be done.
